Mine though interest added today is still showing as Loyalty Regular Saver.  I've had an issue in the past when they've taken back some of the interest because I closed the account a day early so I will wait until tomorrow 20th when it should mature into a Six Access Saver.  Are you sure you have to wait 14 days then to get money out which seems a bit unfair?

My R.S is also due to mature today, I’ve been trying to log in and getting a blank page when I click the log in button.

I had the same problem this morning when running the Firefox browser I use exclusively for financial operations.  When I retried using the latest version of the Chromium browser, it worked!

I'll investigate with a bleeding-edge version of Firefox, then have a grumble at YBS support...

My account is also due to mature tomorrow (Thursday 20th).  I spoke to YBS customer support this morning and was told that the account will be renamed as "6Access Saver" and I can withdraw or close tomorrow with the funds in my external bank account by sometime on the next working day.

Mine matured today and I was able to transfer to existing ybs savings account, i have since transferred 5k to the loyalty fixed rate bond. I kept £2 odds in the six access saver it converts too, on the off chance they increase the rate sometime and it becomes useful.

That's better than the 3.65% quoted in my maturity letter, however, I already have a 6 access saver with them at 4.50%, though I think that is now a NLA Loyalty one.

    Edit:
Yeah, confirmed. A Loyalty one that I opened Sep 2022 at 2.50% AER !!!

Yeah I have the Loyalty one as well, need to cull these ybs accounts. Just need to make sure I keep the longer standing ones. I’m sure people have had issues by closing them then not being eligible for loyalty products.

hoping the do another issue of the loyalty r/s at a decent rate, standard one is 5% they have the ebony at 6% so maybe not.

Yes, I was very careful in which ones I selected for my recent cull.

    Closed two easy access accounts.

Kept a Plus 2, from March 2022, i.e. 12+ months old, usual qualifying criteria for loyalty products.

It took a while to get all my versions of Firefox in a row and, guess what?, they all worked!  There must have been a temporary glitch somewhere in the YBS system this morning.
