Yorkshire BS Regular Saver Maturity

Mine though interest added today is still showing as Loyalty Regular Saver. I've had an issue in the past when they've taken back some of the interest because I closed the account a day early so I will wait until tomorrow 20th when it should mature into a Six Access Saver. Are you sure you have to wait 14 days then to get money out which seems a bit unfair?

I had the same problem this morning when running the Firefox browser I use exclusively for financial operations. When I retried using the latest version of the Chromium browser, it worked!trickydicky14 said:My R.S is also due to mature today, I’ve been trying to log in and getting a blank page when I click the log in button.
I'll investigate with a bleeding-edge version of Firefox, then have a grumble at YBS support...

My account is also due to mature tomorrow (Thursday 20th). I spoke to YBS customer support this morning and was told that the account will be renamed as "6Access Saver" and I can withdraw or close tomorrow with the funds in my external bank account by sometime on the next working day.Growingold said:.... so I will wait until tomorrow 20th when it should mature into a Six Access Saver. Mine matured today and I was able to transfer to existing ybs savings account, i have since transferred 5k to the loyalty fixed rate bond. I kept £2 odds in the six access saver it converts too, on the off chance they increase the rate sometime and it becomes useful.Growingold said:Mine thought interest added today is still showing as Loyalty Regular Saver. 4% on balance up to 20k from 20k+ it’s 3.9%Growingold said:Just out of interest what is the interest rate on the maturity 6 Access Saver if anyone knows. Thanks.1 -
That's better than the 3.65% quoted in my maturity letter, however, I already have a 6 access saver with them at 4.50%, though I think that is now a NLA Loyalty one.Catplan said:

Edit:
Yeah, confirmed. A Loyalty one that I opened Sep 2022 at 2.50% AER !!!0 -
Yeah I have the Loyalty one as well, need to cull these ybs accounts. Just need to make sure I keep the longer standing ones. I’m sure people have had issues by closing them then not being eligible for loyalty products.wiseonesomeofthetime said:

Yes, I was very careful in which ones I selected for my recent cull.Catplan said:

Closed two easy access accounts.
Kept a Plus 2, from March 2022, i.e. 12+ months old, usual qualifying criteria for loyalty products.0 -
It took a while to get all my versions of Firefox in a row and, guess what?, they all worked! There must have been a temporary glitch somewhere in the YBS system this morning.pafpcg said:
