Thanks Brambling
well I bit the bullet and rejoined SW yesterday ,different ,newly opened group with a consultant I remembered from several years ago .
consideering I haven’t weighed for 3 weeks ,ave eaten ever in my path and was clothed ( don’t think they would have appreciated a naked me ) it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting .
I’ll allow a generous 2 lb for clothes so that makes me
+1/2 lb please .
I’m not buying scales for a month ( if I can resist that long ) so will weigh in the same clothes ever Wednesday, hope that is ok .
Thank you for your support3 -

STS try harder this week4

Managed to put on another 1lb. I'm struggling to get back to being strict with myself. Didn't have an alcoholic drink for a week (yay!) but the cooler weather and sleep struggles mean I've been snacking after my evening meal from wanting energy. I'm bored at work as well - it always gets quieter in the summer! Bored-hungry as well. I was also starving after a long run the other day and definitely over ate the exercise calories burned!
I need to sort myself out, especially as I was doing well. I could even see my cheekbones!! This week: calorie counting, get my daily steps and exercise in, drink plenty and have a word with myself if I'm tempted to dive into the cheese and biscuits.
Positive thoughts this week #TeamQuarterThree! 🤞💪4 -
STS from me, IBS and a husband who 'is hungry' do not help.
@Pixie_Cosmo I definitely agree about bad sleep and hunger, hope you feel better soon.
Have a good week everyone.
