I forgot to record my WI last Wednesday so a late 1/2lb loss for me last week. This cooler damp weather has meant the salad has been pushed to the back of the fridge! which is my excuse for this week

Weigh day for me and whilst the numbers are hovering it’s not enough so a STS please Brambling.
I wasn’t able to get out for many walks this week and averaged around 5000 steps a day. I’ll try getting up earlier this week to find the time to go. I’ve had to put my rebounder into storage as can’t see me using it unless this nerve pain miraculously vanishes. I’ve found my yoga blocks though so will restart that as it’s noticeable how unbendy I’ve become despite doing stretching in the mornings.I’ve also unearthed all my cookery books most of which are weightloss healthy eating types so will have a look through those and try and convince myself to start counting calories again.Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025

Well done on the losses and checking in everyone! I had a weird issue this week where I kept weighing myself for the past 5 days and the amount didn't change. I thought there's no way that's true because: 1.) I've been eating a lot of fiber lately 2.) I had some fast food a couple times and that definitely bloats me up too and 3.) I've been pooping like it's my job for the past few days. 😂
This morning I finally moved the scale to another part of our bedroom to help recalibrate it and lo and behold it started working again and I have lost weight since last Tuesday. Please notch another -0.5lbs for me @BramblingI've actually lost more than that but I'll claim it next time.

Hi all, been a while! Had some time off work with friends staying. I had a great time, but I've managed to put on 3lbs 👿👿👿😭. We did a lot of walking, but also eating and drinking... mainly carbs.
Back to it now. Wish the weather would improve. I need to get back out running.
