Sorry to hear about the wisdom tooth, @Brambling. I snapped one off a few years back and had to have it removed under sedation.

    Lunch - 2 soft-boiled eggs

Tea - 2 burgers on salad. My son had burgers in lovely brioche buns, salad, homemade chips and onion rings...

The flattening out has stopped. Hopefully it has just stopped on my tummy and is happening elsewhere!

@Pixie_Cosmo - I try to stay off carbs, IBS being one reason, can't eat baked beans for the same reason.

What about a Greek salad, Feta isn't that bad calorie wise.  Coleslaw, maybe with a vegan mayo, I have this with chilli or lasagne.

If I do have carbs, it's something small like half a packet of Melba toast (77 cal. a full pack) with half a tin of soup or a couple of new potatoes (not all the time but on occasion), steamed, they contain less sugars and are apparently the better choice for eating spuds.

I eat no red meat and have mainly fish and turkey (not all the time), don't like eggs so it is a struggle, do you like curry, I make a veggie madras using Patak's paste?
