I’m late reporting in this weeks Wednesday weigh-in -0.5lbs please Brambling. 

I managed quite a few walks, will keep that up this week.

Brunch - one sausage, one egg, 2 tomatoes, half an avocado

Tea - chicken shawarma, the other half of the avocado! A few on son's HM chips.

Waiting for some test results for my husband and myself! So have neen stress eating. HAVE PUT BACK ON 3 LB I HAD LOST SO LITTLE DEVIL EMOJIs FOR ME! 😈😈😈 🙁. We have grandchildren staying for next 3 weeks so will hopefully use up some energy and calories

Lunch - out with family so a beef roast dinner.

Tea - muntjac stew with courgettes and mushrooms.

I will weigh tomorrow.

I've been on holiday for a week and ate everything in sight. So imagine my delight when I stepped on the scales this morning and STS!! I have a feeling it might catch up with me in a couple of days though

Well done anyone who has lost or is still with us, don't think this miserable weather is helping. 

I'm still itchy, talked to a 'clinician' a couple of weeks ago who decided I didn't have shingles, this was decided during a call and didn't even get a full list of symptoms from me, must have a crystal ball! 

My 1 lb loss has put me into another stone range, must admit another couple of pounds off will make me feel better.

Afternoon all,

Weighed in this morning so have my starting point and got a good old calorie counter on the go, so fingers crossed I manage to get myself into a grove and lose some weight.

L - rice, tuna, protein cheese and mayo
D - slow cooker chicken curry (first time trying this recipe, so fingers crossed)
