Hello all, hope you had a good weekend, got a loss of 1.6lbs to report, which I'm amazed at as haven't been the best this week. Not looking forward to weighing in, this coming monday as away but then have 17 weeks to stick to my diet before we do the Christmas Markets, would love to be at a 2st loss by then (currently at a 13.8lb loss at the moment).obc x

Hi
Well done everyone. Weigh day and -1.5lbs please Brambling.Have been more conscious of portion sizes and reduced carb consumption a little. Steps have averaged around 8000 a day, the yoga video workout was a struggle I only managed 3 days with 2 rest days in between.Onto this week, I’m still in negotiations with self over calorie counting, there’s room for improvement in my daily step count and I’ll persevere with getting back to daily yoga and try for every other day.Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025

Well done to all those who braved the scales this week regardless of the numbers 👏👏

Puts head sheepishly around the door and waves. I haven’t posted since the last challenge as I’ve been out of the county with work for 4 months with no access to scales. Somehow managed to loose weight during my trip and am now hoping to rejoin to ensure the downward trend continues. As there’s only 2 months left in this quarter could you put me down for a target of 3 kilos please Brambling? I prefer to weigh in kilos as it’s not so triggering.

Brie sometimes I think I lose the same half stone over and over again, on, off, on off I've mastered the art of maintaining which would be great if I was the weight I wanted to me 🙄
