Can I please join this challenge? I'd like to have at least 15 NSD during July, hopefully more, although I have a first day fail due to arranging a local village fete and spending some pennies there...4

It's a rare week that I spend anything at all on more than one day and almost unheard of to have more than two spending days, and of late the total spend has often been less than £10 for the week. It's also a rare week that I buy anything other than food - obviously no takeaways or eating out. The cupboards are still full of long-dated essentials I stocked up on last year when it became clear we were going to be hit by high inflation but I think I'm in for an almighty shock when my stocks run out, I've noticed lots of things in the shops have doubled in price since I last bought them.
Easiest way not to spend money is to not have any to spend.5
