Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together
  • cheap- corned beef with baked beans/potato, add some thyme, onion, garlic, seasoning
cheese potato and onion - saute chopped onion, garlic, any herbs you fancy (thyme/oregano/basil), can do this in bit of oil in microwave! add some mashed potato and chopped up boiled new potatoes, contrast works well, and any scraps of cheese, lovely!!

  • Try a spiced potato and pea filling -like you get in samosas.
  • this filling might sound a bit odd - but it has been a great favourite in my familty for years since my mam invented it! My dad worked in catering, and got a sausage kick-back from the butcher every week, so she was always inventing things to do with sausages!

squish up some sausagemeat (or some deskinned sausages) with chopped onion, chopped apple and some curry powder, and use this as a filling. Sorry I don't have quanities, I normally just use 1 onion, 1 apple, whatever sausagemeat I have, and a couple of teaspoons of curry powder til it looks right.

It has a lovely savoury flavour, with a bit of sweetness, and the curry powder just sort of blends in, so it's not too spicy.

I normally use a generic, mild curry powder, but you could mix up your own favourite mix of spices.

Makes a great pasty filling, or sensational sausage rolls, and it's a great way of using up sausages.

People always love them but can never guess the ingredients!

I like mashed potato, grated onion and bits of bacon in my cornish pasty. Really yummy with gravy.
