    Hi there

My fave... minted lamb and potato...

  • Veg - I use cubed carrot, swede, and thinly sliced leeks (plus onions if you like) fry together, then simmer in a small amount of stock (you want the veg to cook and go soft but not be swimming in juice). Little bit of black pepper and mixed herbs. - They're yummy!

Buy your bananas in bunches of 5 on Sunday. Then arrange them in order of ripeness and write a day of the week on each banana in felt pen, Monday on the ripest, Friday on the greenest to save time making those decisions on a hectic weekday morning

Apple, raisin and custard (you have to make the custart quite thick) is my favourite. You can also do rhubarb and custard, or blackberry and apple. Yummy
