  • Morning! I am so confused this week with the days as is usual for a bank holiday week to be fair... I just can't get it. Similar with left and right - I've practiced and practiced but I still have no idea unless I really think about it and make an 'L' shape with my left thumb and index finger. :D

I cashed £5 out of Prolific and that was sent to the sealed pot today, I also sent £3 to the EF. Nothing much else going on today in terms of financials. I have arranged to go away with my little sister in August so I need to get that sorted out at the weekend.

Today is another NSD for me, plenty of food in the fridge for meals and I've nowhere to go.  I could do with a busy Prolific day today, I also snapped lots of hubby's receipts yesterday so I will review some of those totals and see how far I am to getting some vouchers.

That's it from me, take it easy all

Ooh a trip in August is something to look forward to. Where are you thinking of going?
I still haven't started receipt scanning. I really must. I know I asked you before, but which are the best ones? And do they take all receipts?

  • Good morning folks and happy Fri-yay! I slept sp well last night that I did not want to get up :D

Today will be another NSD for me, we are out tonight to a comedy show, but I bought the tickets months ago, so hubby will be paying for parking and any drinks this evening, and I think he got the better deal there!  He's working tomorrow so it won't be a late night and we are eating at home before we go.  I am looking forward to Eurovision tomorrow evening, my sister is coming over so we can watch it together and look at holidays. We will likely book next weekend when she has been paid.

Today's PAD was £3 to the EF when it's small amounts it's rarely missed from the account.  Nothing available to cash out, but I have lots of meetings today (on a Friday :( ) so I will be keeping an eye on Prolific in between.

Hope you're all doing well?  My healthy eating is back now and I seem to have kicked the snacking habit which is REALLY good for me.  I also went to the gym yesterday and will be there again tomorrow morning.  It's very dark and grey outside, looks like we will get more storms, the rain is making our herb garden flourish, but it does nothing for my hair :D

    Have a lovely day

Cloudy weather here as well, and very windy. Not at all like spring. Hoping the rain holds of so I can walk to the chemist to collect prescription and do a longer walk to get a few steps in.  Was quite a few short on yesterday's step target.

Not sure if we will watch Eurvision. It does go on for such a long time.....lol.  I need my beauty sleep.

Me too, was talking to hubby last night about how very exciting it was last year with all the points coming in for Sam Ryder, I was so revved up I couldn't sleep that night!  I really wanted to get tickets but they had all sold out.

Today is another NSD for me, I've nowhere to be/go and I have lots to do around the house from being away all last weekend. My PAD was £3 to the EF (I'm hooked on PADding so I'll carry on doing it with savings and eventually the mortgage @Sun_Addict)

I am late posting today as I had a wonderful lay in... The only thing is, I feel guilty for getting up late so undo all the relaxation by throwing on clothes and getting busy in the house :D so I already have a load of laundry on and tidied the living room.  This is despite the fact that I have all bloomin' day!

In terms of healthy eating... today's plan is toast and low fat spread for breakfast, tuna salad for lunch and then chicken skewers with rice and vegetables for dinner this evening. I'll throw some fruit in for good measure and at least 2 litres of water. :)

That's about it from me. Hope you all have a lovely Saturday

  • Morning... I am tired this morning after a late night drinking wine :( commiserating the UK results

Nothing much going on today except tackling 'ironing mountain' which I've been putting off. I need to sort out my wardrobe too, I have too many clothes and I could do with getting some listed on Vinted.  I would love to have a capsule wardrobe but I don't think I have the will power.

It's another NSD for me today, PAD was a big one though £63 which was £3 to the EF and I also filled my cash envelopes 42 and 18.

    Have a good Sunday
