Well, good morning everyone
I hope you’re well?
I have the day off today so it’s been a relaxing morning with a leisurely breakfast. I’ve read some of my book, and done 2 prolific surveys already.
Having just updated the spreadsheet, my PAD is £5 to the EF, and I snapped my receipts this morning too and realised I could cash a £10 Amazon voucher from Snap my eats. So that’s been done and I sent the £10 from my account to the sealed pot. The Amazon balance is now at £20 and will come in handy towards Christmas presents.
I downloaded the Christmas Gift app and it’s really useful so thank you @Debsnewbudget for the recommendation. I love how you can add web links to make it easier too.
Today won’t be a NSD as I am actually going out tonight. Just local and I am driving so it shouldn’t be very spendy…
I sold another item on Vinted last night. Just £2 but it all adds up. I will have to pop that in the post locker later after I have packaged it up.
9 days left to add to the sealed pot before we open them up. At which point my EF will be filled, I can order my foreign currency and start ordering the Christmas gifts.
Sorry for waffling again… it’s becoming a bit of a habit

Wahoo finally caught up. You're doing well on the pads and surveys. I've started using it again and slowly getting more surveys. How are you finding vinted? I have lots to put on it but not braved it yet.*Dad loan - £5300 - £7200

But then it’s up to you to either refuse or counter offer.
I’ve sold loads of stuff, but my designer bags are still lingering. Probably due to the value being high.Life gets in the way...PADding is addictive...Saving's better than spending...My savings diary - Now for a healthier, wealthier me2025 1p challenge #41 | Cash envelope challenge #01 | SPC #017Sealed pot 2025 £7390 | EF £1000/£1000 | Sabbatical £3677/£6000 | Travel savings £1832 | Sinking pots £31070 -
Wednesday is upon us and this week is flying by! I’m back at work and busy again today, logged on early to see what I had missed 😂
I had a good night last night and spending was less than a tenner, not bad there… even though I wasn’t drinking I do feel a little hazy this morning. Probably the late night.
As is was a spendy day yesterday, I ended up ordering a few stocking fillers I’ve had in my Etsy basket for some time now. The accounts are still looking ok though, I still have 9 days before pay day.
My PAD today was £5 to the EF, it’s a NSD for me today, I have to take the dog to the vets later but it’s covered under the pet plan we have for him.
On the survey front, I did a few on Prolific yesterday so £12+ pending in there and this morning I did 11 on WeAre8, think that’s the most I’ve had in one go!
Thats all from me today

Morning
I didn't sleep well at all last night and as a result I am very 'thick headed' today It'll be a miracle I get through the day without a mistake or two...
I have rounded my accounts down today and sent £7 to the EF and £6.70 to the sealed pot. It's a NSD for me today so the balances will remain nice and tidy too. I checked Prolific this morning but not able to cash out yet, I probably seem impatient with it, but as soon as I'm able to cash out I do, and I think it's from reading something Martin once wrote about survey sites going bust along with your money
Nothing else to report here. I don't get paid until next Friday, but we have no firm plans for the rest of the fiscal month. Hubby has mentioned popping out for a drink locally at some point over the weekend but we will see. We are both trying not to spend too much before we go on holiday. I know I have mine in my sealed pot, but I don't want to be the reason he is short on spending money. He's not really a saver... there's a reason I am in charge of the household budget!
That's all from me today I think... Off to make another strong coffee!

Have a lovely evening
