Morning all,
Well done to @SingleSue and son on your losses and fab new shineys!! Really happy for you. Enjoy your holidays x
Boo to the parking ticket @bubbs - that's a lot!
Annoying about the little gain @Longwalker - I too need to drink more
Was in the office yesterday and it was crazy busy. Again I had nothing to take for lunch as we are now a household of 4 again as DS2 is here for the summer and DDad staying this week. I could have taken breakfast but I was going straight out after work and already had enough to carry without a packed lunch bag.
Took DDad to the theatre last night with DSis, DD and Dneice - Brokeback Mountain, the musical! Given it's Pride month and was being put on in the middle of Soho, it was an education for my 83 yo DDad!! Great staging of the story (I haven't seen the film....) We had dinner beforehand and I chose chicken skewers with salad and plain rice. Had a Peroni, a GnT at the theatre and two rum n pepsi max after. Still over target range - surprise surprise!!
Was an eventful journey home - bus, train (with drunk people being sick - not us), bus, and got in just after midnight.
Food today:
B - All Bran, strawberries, blueberries, mullerlight vanilla - HEB, S, 0.5
L - Savoury rice, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles - free, S
D - Oven-baked meatballs from the 50 GG book - free
HEA - milk
Syns - Skinny bar 3 plus 0.5 so 3.5 total
Off to see the new Indiana Jones movie this evening.
Have a good day all

@Coxy11 sounds like a great night, I miss those kind of nights@bubbs Can I ask, whats up with the foot?So my plan today was to go out and get a drinks bottle with the markings and some squash which I did do. Its washed and ready to go for tomorrow, had a bit of a mare today so fluid wise today has been as bad as ever. Not that I understand it cos I could pee like a horseStayed on plan today. A huge bowl of fruit / yoghurt and bran for lunch and for tea tonight Chicken Kiev sausages. No idea of the syns on those but being chicken and garlic and 90% chicken Im gussing not a lot or zero. Had a potato croquette and a poached egg with them - well one and a bit sausages, two were too filling.I took funny this afternoon. Eye sight went in my right eye, well not completely but as if a patch was put over part of it. And blood pressure rocketed. I just took one of my tablets earlier then usual , took it easy and BP came down and the vision cleared after a couple of hours. Im thinking it was an optical migraine , Ive just started to get them, and am not used to all the symptoms yet, been a migraine suffer all my lifeTreated myself to some face and hair bumf to try to get things to look a bit better Plastering over the cracks as they say0

Morning!
It's payday - thank the lord. Just sorting out finances for the month. I am factoring in having to re-join and pay to keep my history tomorrow - we shall see what gives. Last night we had the oven-baked meatballs. Nice but had to have the oven on for 90 minutes which is probably why I've not done them before due to cost!
Glad you don't have to wait too long to have your foot seen to @bubbs That mallow bar looks lovely - what were the other flavours?
Optical migraine does not sound fun @Longwalker, take it easy. I too have a bottle with the markings on - it's a great incentive to keep drinking, although my intake varies - tend to have less on office days.
Indiana Jones was very entertaining and Phoebe W-B was great in it!
B - poached egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, 1 x wm toast - P, S, 1/2 HEB
L - leftover veg sauce from last night (courgette, tomato, onion, aubergine) with pasta and cheese - S, free, HEA
D - baked basa fillets, SW chips, peas - P, free
HEA - milk
1/2 HEB - skinny bar
Syns - rum n pepsi max - 3
Have a good day all,
Coxy

Ohhh we're hoping to see Indiana Jones tomorrow night @Coxy11 so glad to hear it's good - DH is a huge Indie fan and was heartbroken at how bad the 4th film was.
Been busy with work over the last few days. Have got back into the exercising mojo - managed a personal best at 5k TWICE this week as well as a few other strength workouts and yoga every evening. Food has been ok but have book club this evening so need to avoid all the snacks.
Breakfast this morning was some fruit and fibre with added apple plus milk, lunch is going to be a surprise and dinner is a stir fry before I head out.

Good morning, wet here, but will save me having to water pots later.
@Coxy11 your theatre and cinema visits sound great, had to grin thinking of your DF's education re: modern life.
@Longwalker boo to the migraine, must have been very disconcerting. The marked bottles are a great idea, I use mine, but still drink far too much tea and not enough water.
@bubbs I have not made SW chips of SW chips, have difficulty slicing/chopping hard veg etc, might ask OH to do a batch so I can try them, have to say I am teaching myself to like potatoes, sounds odd I know, but I have a problem with the texture of them in most forms (sadly crispy French fries do not fit in with SW very well).
Have a good day.

Sitting at the port waiting to get on the ferry back to Newhaven- takes 4 hours! Once back in the UK will be about another 3.5 hours to get home so going to be a long day. Need to pop into Morrisons when we get back for a couple of things I couldn’t find in France to bring back.
Will be back on plan from tomorrow! Dread to think how much I’ve put on over the last few months! Will weigh myself tomorrow morning to find out how things stand.

Hi all, apologies AWOL due to workload this week - how dare they 🤣 Still to read back but hope you are all well.
I was on plan until Wednesday night then all bit a went haywire due to stress - work and parents related (they're fine! just me running around like a fruit loop) - anyway, not massively overeating but picking here and there and definitely not SW friendly and it all adds up. Will take whatever it says at WI tomorrow and draw the line.
Had bran flakes for breakfast and without thinking just grabbed a sandwich there as it was the easiest thing but obviously need to syn that now! Really need to do a big shop tomorrow too so better start a list.
