Another day of rest for me, I didnt even make 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep last night so exhaustion central

Had to go to The Range today so had a look at the SW foods - blimey, they arent cheap are they? I didnt buy

Then Mr L says hes hungry and wants KFC so I said McD's - I had a chicken wrap. Probably about a zillion syns, but just over 400 calories - it did just fine

Bolognese made with turkey breast mince tonight, wasnt syn free cos I stuck in a large glass of red wine, but fat free so Ill take that :)

I still need to get fluid into me, I noticed today it was whilst in McD's that I took my first drink of the day, we share a Diet Coke in there, and that was 1:30

What drinks do you normal people drink? As in Im weird that I tend to only drink Diet Coke

Good morning, life has been wearying and messy so not reported in for a while, will try harder!
Last week WI gave me a 1/2 lb loss which brought me back to pre-holiday weight, last night was a STS, but it was my birthday at the weekend so I indulged a little.

I cannot drink alcohol, that saves me from quite a few syns, but on recommendation from 3 people who now drink AF gin I am in the possession of a bottle of Seville AF, it tasted fine, but not on the App, any guesses how I might account for "just the One" every now and then please.

Scheduling a little batch cooking today for the freezer, after 53 years of being chief meal planner, provider and cook there are many days when I really CBA, but I do enjoy good food, so needs must :/

Have the best day possible, and thank you for all the inspiration and lovely photographs.
The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)

@maddiemay - 0% gin is 50ml measure for 0.5 syns.  I usually split mine as 2 singles with slimline tonic rather than having a double - lasts longer too!

We got our shiny stickers! I lost 1.5lbs to bring my total to 4 stone 7.5lbs and middle son lost 4.5lbs bringing his total to 5 stone 11lbs.

    Really chuffed
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.
