    @canvascamper - I struggle with finding the recipes on the app and prefer to use the website but then I'm using a laptop most of the time rather than my phone!  The only time I really use the app is if I want to check syns when I'm out shopping!

    Be careful with the SW recipes if there is any liquid in them as often they say to use far more than you need so I tend to use less and then add a little more as necessary until consistency seems right.  I don't like gravy on my dinners so it may just be that I don't like to much liquid when I'm making anything.

    Ok I'm probably going to get the acronyms muddled here but I'll try!...

    Breakfast - fruit and fibre (heb), soya yogurt (f), nectarine (f,s)

    Dinner - leftover risotto (f), peas and kale (f, s), nutritional yeast (1), olive oil (1)

    Tea - 1 vegan sausage (1.5), 1 white roll (5.5), ketchup (0.5), mustard (0.5), onions (f, s), big raw salad (f, s), soya yogurt dressing (f)

    Snacks - apple, cup of tea (1/2 hea) 

    Total syns 10

    Evening all :smiley:

    Cold this morning , even had my gloves on when i took the dogs for a walk 🤣 warmed up this afternoon although temp dropping but got loads of washing dry and ironed , just 2 pairs of jeans on the airier  .

    Got lots of summer clothes out and washed them to freshen up,  ready to hang out tomorrow as we are away week on Monday!

    Food today, 

    poached eggs, fried tomato, asparagus and mushrooms

    2 ryvita 3 syns, 1/2 hexa cheese spread, piri piri chicken, 1 syn the pack and some speedy bits

    Banana and pear

    Fish and chips, 4.5 syns for the mash i used on the fish, chips and salad, soft pitta hexb

    Canvas camper is that half hexa for tea for all day as you wouldn't use half in one cup of tea?
