I spoke to a clinical psychologist at work and he suggested calling the Eating Disorders clinic so that's what I've done. I explained my concerns and the lovely receptionist is going to email SIL's therapist. I had to leave my name though, so I can see this going nuclear. Worth it if it makes a difference though.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. bubbs said:Ahhh i see Coxy, i mis read it, i thought no way you was out of target 😂
Maman, no i don't 😂 still didn't have enough plants either , i also used 150l of compost!
When i worked in the bakery, we had a saturday girl who was 6ft tall and 6 stone 😱😱 she would nibble at a crumb like it was a loaf! she ended up being admitted and no eating meant no visitors , she was chubby but by no means fat and wanted to lose about a stone and she said she found it easy to lose the weight and then didn't know when to stop
She would go out in her lunch break , come back and say she had eaten when we damn well knew she hadn't!
Staying on a diet/on plan has never really been an issue for me, getting the get up and go to do it in the first place is where I struggle but once decided, I rarely have problems with falling off the wagon. I think that is why I can have quite spectacular losses, once I get in the zone, I am really in the zone.We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

Official weigh in tomorrow, things should be ok and I will hopefully get my 4 stone certificate but with my body you just never know. It doesn't help that in the past week we have managed to have a door fall on the scales and a bag leak diet coke all over them too, so not sure of their accuracy.
I've been ever so good tonight, I'm virtually polishing my halo as I have been baking nice things for work tomorrow and contrary to what I normally do, there was no sampling of the goods tonight, not even the tiniest little piece. Not much prep required (store purchased puff pasty, a knife, fingers for sprinkling sugar and a splash of milk with a brush), which could all be done sitting down and then middle son popped them in the air fryer and got them out for me again. Ok, they are not particularly straight or precise but we actually got through it without me cutting myself which is a win.
I dared to take a photo of myself yesterday, only a head and down to mid body shot to compare (I've taken a couple since the start of this process) but it looked actually quite ok so I posted it up on my Facebook page...I never do that! The comments were really complimentary and most said that the weight loss is very noticeable now.
Re feeling restricted - I get where that is coming from, it has been one of my problems from the start. If you can stay at home or have time to bake things to reheat etc, it's not too bad but going out and about for the day or being taken away from your kitchen can prove to be very restrictive. Sandwiches are out, pasta salads are a mine field, sushi the same, you can't just grab and go, I've lost count of the number of times I've had to pick up just a banana because there has been nothing that would be within syns.
Most people crave chocolate, cakes, sweets or crisps on an eating plan, I crave a bog standard cheese and pickle sandwich on white bread from Tesco (20.5 syns), something that I've always been able to have on any other eating plan.We made it! Morning all,
Sorry to hear DDad has another infection @bubbs it sounds very stressful for all concerned. Hope the hospital have managed to make him comfortable xxx
Well done on the baking and not sampling @SingleSue, you have more will power than me!
I comfort ate yesterday. Breakfast and lunch and dinner on plan, but cheese and crackers, crisps and hobnobs came into play. Felt absolutely disgusted with myself come bedtime.
SIL's therapist called me back and although she couldn't give details, she took my concerns seriously and said that there's an appointment in the next few days. Let's hope that SIL actually attends. I can't do anymore for now so need to try and shift this cough and sore throat. So flipping painful.
Food today:
B: grilled bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach - P, S
L: lo roast chicken, lo roasted veg - P, Stin can massaman curry with rice - Free, S
HEA - milk
I am not having a HEB or any syns today. I know that's not normal, but I need a circuit break from yesterday's bingeing.
Have a good day all

You'll be even more impressed to hear that I have been piping on top of them today and didn't lick my fingers when cream strayed onto them...oh the struggle I had with that one!We made it! Morning everyone, it's back to work today - WFH - it's quite a shock to the system! I've managed to read a few pages back and hugs to all those with poorly relatives. My parents - both this time - have been quite testing over the weeks I've been on leave with DS home. I think it's an age thing and role reversal coming into play and it's upsetting at times.
I'm fully expecting a huge gain when I weigh in on Saturday but back on it properly today so fingers crossed it might be less than I'm thinking!
Today's plan:
B - 45g bran flakes (HEB), f/f Greek yoghurt, raspberries and strawberries
L - veggie omelette with salad and pickles
D - spaghetti bolognaise with parmesan (HEXA)
The other HEXA will be used for coffee throughout the day although I think it will be mostly water today as it's forecast to be warm again.
Have a good day all!0
