Glad to hear you have had some positive news @bubbs but sorry the Chinese was shut.
In my curry is tinned tomatoes, carrots, parsnips, celery, broccoli, mushrooms and onions. Spices I have used are coriander, turmeric, paprika, cumin and ground ginger. I think I may add a little tomato paste as well.

I’m pretty certain it would have been a gain this week but back to meal by meal and see how that goes.

Great news about your Dad @bubbsLast day of my leave today, was hoping for a lazy ish day at home but not to be. Forgot to pick my Son's new headphones up yesterday so need to collect those, nip to my Mum's to pick up some bags of clothing for a car boot and possibly pick a few bits out for me/daughter snd go to Aldi for a few bits.Got a joint of brisket slowly cooking and been for a run too - read yesterday that morning exercise is best for fat burning so here's hoping!!WI tomorrow, not sure how that's going to go as still rather bloated but have been fully on plan since last WI on Thursday so who knows...Food for todayB: Blueberry baked oats 1synL: Roast beef, cabbage, green beans, carrots and cauliflower free gravy, horseradish 1 syn
