    🌟for WI tomorrow @bubbs.

Glad to hear that the refuge benefitted from your trip to the Company Shop. 👍

Shame about the missed meals as eating less doesn't always work out. When you were working you always managed to plan for meals on the go in the week . I suppose with Saturdays so busy now you don't get so much time to prepare quiche, Scotch eggs etc. 🤔

Morning all.  Think the last couple of weeks are catching up with me and have very little motivation to do any work today but have a to-do list a mile long!

Managed to go for a run/walk yesterday and felt better for it.  Have a workout scheduled in for this evening so starting to get back to some kind of routine again.  Breakfast was scrambled egg and toast, lunch is going to be a stir fry (have a whole bunch of veg that needs using up) and then dinner will be a chicken and chorizo paella thing, again packed out with vegetables.

Right time to go get a coffee and crack on with something from the to-do list.

Hope you all have a good day and weekend.

I had the tiniest of losses this week, almost a stay the same until at the very last moment it went down. I was a little miffed as I avoided all Easter foods, stayed on plan and did everything as I should have but then my steroids have had to be upped the last week or so and a physio session led to a retention of urine and other things which was not nice, think the physio may have upset my oh so easily irritated/inflamed nerves in those areas as the messages were definitely not getting through!

We're definitely on plan this week, even if I feel like I want to eat the house (thanks Mr Steroids), as we go away on holiday next weekend for a week to celebrate my birthday, we will absolutely not be on plan for that week!
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

    A loss is a loss @SingleSue! 👍

Funnily enough I was sitting next to a young woman at my group yesterday who also had problems with medication affecting her weightloss despite staying on plan. The consultant told her that the loss will show up eventually.

We always say on here that while going over syns catches up ☹️ the upside is that staying on plan does too! 😁

You'll feel better for getting back to 'normal' @ruby_eskimo. You've had a very stressful time recently and it always helps me to get back in control.

I have to do my meal plan and shop today. Today's syns will be a bit OTT. DH decided he fancied some breaded fish which is very synful compared with the plain we normally have. I reckon it's best to eat it up straight away when next WI is weeks away! 🤣 I'm out and driving tomorrow so that will help to offset it.

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, fried egg, bacon (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
L- fried egg (P), bubble and squeak and pickles (F, S)
D- fish, SW chips (F), green stuff, mushrooms, tomatoes (S)
Syns - weekend wine 😁 breaded fish?
