Well done @beanielou. JP was much better and far more mse for you than Chinese. 👍

Thanks for the syns on the fish @bubbs. We did enjoy it but I'd have been happier with plain cod. Cost far less though, you can see why people are choosing to eat cheap food. ☹️🤔

I've bought lots of tins of the 19p cannellini beans from Farmfoods as I'll use them for chilli. I'll go and look to see if they have the other bargains in my store.

Boo to the little gain! ☹️

  • Hi @bubbs 👋 👋

All good here, did my 2 mile run today, took my daughter to work and prepared a casserole for tea. Off to donthe grocery shop shortly.

B: baked Blueberry oats 1 syn

L: apple and frozen muller yoghurt - was not the plan but took me over an hour to eat the yoghurt for several reasons. 1/2 syn

D: beef casserole counting 1 syn for flour for thickening

On plan here today too. 😁

Glad you've got a casserole tonight @annabanana82 as your lunch was very light! 🤣

Hope the visit went well @bubbs and your dad continues to progress.

I'm out tonight, driving and a buffet supper which usually has cold meats and salads to choose from. As I won't be drinking I'll have plenty of syns for the dressings.

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, fried eggs, bacon (P), HEA milk for drinks
L- pasta with LO roast vegetables (F, S)
    D- buffet
Syns - half Crunchie 3, buffet tbc

Although I am not starting until Monday we got given a mountain of veg yesterday.  Too much to store, so I have made a veg curry.  All free (I believe from memory) and I will pot it up and freeze ready for those days when I cant be bothered or I dont have much time.  Will need to search up healthy naan bread to go with it.
