maman.  Hope weigh in goes well & enjoy IOW.
    I have never been.

    Just a wee thing.
I have decluttered 2 drawers of doom today. I aim to have to have a third one done by Friday!
Volunteering in the charity shop is really helping with the decluttering
    A win win
I have to be careful not to do too much on a Tuesday after physio as it then undo's the good.
No point then in spending all that money every week.
Physio is my biggest cost in a month.

    In short no.
Even if I could it would not be hands on which does not help.

    Evening all

Thanks everyone for asking about dad, I didn't speak to Mum yesterday but she rang up this morning, they are hoping they can get him back in the home he was before until carers sorted out.
The dementia nurse Lisa said to mum about it and she said yes please, she then said we need to get dad to agree. Mum said he usually says yes to everything 😂 So when mum saw him last night she said do you remember Lisa? , he said dunno, Mum said she came and asked you lots of questions before, oh yes he goes, she said well when she asks you the questions you need to answer yes 🤣 he said ok 😍 if he remembers is a different story.

The man next to him went home last night, he said am i going home? Mum said no we have to wait and see what the doctor says tomorrow, then am i going home? She just said we will see what he says .

longwalker one of my best friends has AF, her breathing is terrible 😥 she can't even get her breath sometimes to drink, she is such a lovely person too and would do anything for anyone 🥰

Not going to WI @bubbs!  Will give it another week and if I'm back in target I'll go if not I'll just leave it until a couple of weeks after my France holiday (mid July'ish).  Going to lose website access end of the month but as I'll be in France it's not really a problem.

Well done @beanielou on your loss and good luck on getting to bottom end.

@beanielou, well done on the 1/2lb off and well done on the de cluttering.. Its great to clear the decks and see what you have left to work with. Ive a sideboard in the Kitchen which is my next target, its bunged, stuff in the drawers falling out the back. Its going to be tough as theres a lot of mums stuff there. Now she cant use any of it any more but she gets upset , says Im getting rid of her bit by bit - but I cant even remember ever having a fish knife in my hands ever. Plus shes still got her mums things, all very complicated

Ive physio tomorrow as well. Its madness being treated from a distance isnt it?

@bubbs , lets hope he gets into the care home, it will take a load of you all as a family.

I didnt take pictures of my food today - ryvita is ryvita and bloody disgusting things they are still - yuck. Im going for the box next time, got to be better then the actual ryvita

But I got myself a cheap kilner jar for my over night oats and though it looked so cute all filled I took a picture of that :)

longwalker 🤣🤣@ the ryvita box, have you tried the sweet onion ones there lovely.

Yes Dad will only be there till carers in place for home with Mum, but he did thrive there, as much as Mum wants him home she knows she just cannot manage him and would still travel every day to see him, it's much further for her but she is happy yo do that. Mum said the other day wish he'd stayed there and they said you know he can't stay there , but they do have full time residents .

Have tou tried overnight weetabix, there so much better
