Yet another divine looking pudding @bubbs. 👍

Lucky you being gifted a beef joint. I'm sure it was delicious and free without the butter. I have to say ours was good yesterday, a small joint carved up at Easter.

Welcome back @nevea. That does look a bit light for a day's food. Maybe you weren't hungry? 🤔 I'd have put salad in the corned beef sandwich. I'm guessing it was a pasta meal which is fine to save time but @bubbs is right, you need more Speed. Keep posting. 😊

Morning all and good to see you back @neveah :)

Love the sound of free beef @bubbs!

Coronation garden party netted £265 for our JoGLE pot which was a mixture of raffle, bottle tombola and sale table. There was so much food and none of it SW friendly apart from cruditees. I was driving and we didn't get home until 11pm and can you believe our road was still closed off due to the street party, so we had to do a massive diversion.

Better day food-wise yesterday and also managed some housework and gardening which all helps to keep busy and not eat! We had diet cola chicken for tea last night - haven't had it in a while and it was lush.

    Food today:
    B - weetabix choc melts, mullerlight vanilla, blueberries - HEB, 0.5, S
L - grapes, banana, crabsticks, LTL mayo, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes - free, P, 0.5, S
D - Szechuan pork with noodles - free
    HEA - milk
Syns - skinny bar 3 plus 1 so 4 total

SILs sister called the police for a welfare check and 4 police turned up on Saturday, sirens and all in their little cul de sac. Had a warrant. Took BIL into one room and SIL into another to ask them about her welfare. The sister was outside in the street shouting that BIL was a monster, had removed her from hospital (untrue) and she wanted SIL sectioned. Not at all helpful. SIL is now under community psych care and will be seen in the home daily. Just hoping she will improve.

    Have a good day all.

Well done on the fund raising @Coxy11. 👍

How awful for your BIL having to go through this on top of everything else. ☹️ Good outcome though if SIL gets regular support.

I portioned up the red cabbage for the freezer. It cooked beautifully in the SC so will definitely do that again. Anything to save using the oven. 👍

A bit of a NSV for me today. I tried on the 5 bikinis I bought at the weekend. All of them fit and look good! 😁 I'm keeping 3 as one had a halter neck which I'm not keen on and the other wasn't really my colour.

I'm out tonight before DH gets back so can indulge in favourite comfort food. 😋

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, fried egg (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S)
    L- lentil soup (P, S)
D- egg and chips 😁 will add some Speed
    Syns - 0
