Hope you manage to stay awake today @Coxy11. How infuriating to get up early for nothing! 😴

Like @Jellybaby, it must be hard to be entertaining your dad and stick to plan. All we can do is our best. 😊

I'm feeling really good at the moment. Hope it stays that way to next WI.🤞 I'm resigned to gaining on holiday but will deal with that when it comes. I bought some new bikinis yesterday, not tried them on yet but hoping some are suitable. My holiday stuff is quite old now, mostly pre pandemic.

I've made up the batter for yorkshire puddings using @bubbs recipe. Don't know the syns until I see how many it makes.

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, ham, scrambled eggs (P)
    L- Spanish omelette (P, F, S), pickles (S)
D- roast beef (P), roast potatoes (F), many vegetables (S)
Syns - gravy 4, horseradish 1, yorkshire pudding tbc, weekend wine 😁

    Hi all,

Hope you are all keeping well, not checked in for a few days.

Went for a run this morning, it felt really hard this morning but was pleased that it was about right on timings, hope to run again tomorrow.

We were fundraising today and spent 2.5 hours in front of a table of cakes, only ate a small rock bun.

    Food for today

B: overnight oats with blueberries 1/2 hex b

L: tuna salad 1 syn salad cream, muller yoghurt 0.5 syn

D: "thai" beef curry, rice free. I use brackets as this was my attempt to make a Thai type curry using stewing steak as I was out all afternoon. I used oat milk (hex a) rather than coconut milk. Thai it wasn't but it was rather tasty.

Rock cake I'll say 10 which takes me up to 11.5 syns today.

    Morning all,

Another wet day here, means another day not in the garden, we are trying to do a base for the shed and not getting anywhere. I did get out for another run this morning, but think I might have to take a nap today...

We're thinking we may take the kiddiwinks to the cinema later so meal plan is up in the air. I had planned on a roast chicken but Hubby suggested to son that he can have Dominoes at Nan's tonight. I don't like pizza really so no temptation for me.

Started the day with overnight oats, the rest of the day to be determined.
But I want to be fully on plan for the next 7 days as I'd like to see a new front number next week.

Hope you manage to get some SW friendly food @annabanana82. It would be a huge boost to see a new number. 👍

I managed to get 12 small Yorkshire puddings from the batter yesterday. That's from 25g of flour so just over 1 syn for the 3 I ate. Amazing! And 6 more in the freezer for another day.

It's dull and damp here today. DD1 came round earlier for a coffee and I've been pottering about since. I've batch cooked Delia's red cabbage but trying it out in the SC today.

    Today's EE plan -
    B- HEB porridge, HEA 1milk, berries (S), banana (F)
L- ham, egg (P), fried veg and pickles (S), potato (F)
    D- meatballs (P, F, S) in tomato sauce (S) with spaghetti (F), HEA 2 Parmesan
    Syns - 0

Thanks @maman no cinema today as the OH wasn't having a good day healthwise, on the plus side; no naughty snacks or temptations.

I had a huge dish of dry fried mushrooms and some bacon for lunch today 1 syn for ketchup, 0.5 syn for muller yoghurt.

D: Roast chicken, roasted new pots, roasted carrots and leeks, cabbage swede and green beans, craving veg today it seems. Will have bisto and mint sauce for the cabbage.
