No miracle this week, two pound gain! Backside firmly kicked. I even plan to have an alcohol free weekend - that sounds like I should be going to another group 🤣🤣
Well done on the loss @bubbs I’m having a ‘Bubbs picky plate’ for dinner and DS2 says what’s that 😉
Sun has gone but it’s really hot here too. I’m even wearing shorts 🙈 (I’m home for the day lol).0 -
Well done @bubbs, the weight loss you deserve is finally coming off.
Love that you're having a 'Bubbs picky plate' @Jellybaby! Not surprised your DS2 asked what it was, LOL!

Morning all, another lovely bright day although a little cooler than yesterday morning. Another load of washing on the line and there will be another load tomorrow. It seems never ending!
My DD2 is coming down this afternoon but no idea what time she just said between lunch and dinner! Very helpful. Although doesn't really matter as they don't want anything to eat.
Today's plan:
B - fry up - P; S; F; 2
L - burger, onions and gherkin slices in WM roll - HEB; S; 0.5
D - lamb shanks, roast potatoes, roasted veg, green veg - S; F; 3
HEA - milk
HEB - WM roll
Syns - sausages 2; lamb shanks 3
Have a good day everyone.0 -
So you managed to get lamb shanks @joedenise. Are they Iceland? 🤔
It's still hot and humid here and a tiny bit of rain. I'm going out later and I think a sleeveless dress and umbrella will be the best option. 🤣
I've made HB steaks for dinner so will just need to reheat and thicken later. 👍
Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, egg, bacon (P), tomatoes (S)
L- tbc
D- HB steaks (P, S), SW roast potatoes (F), veg (S)
Syns - weekend wine and possibly some at lunch time, depends what I can get when I'm out. 🤔0 -
Yes I got the Iceland ones. I was going to try the M&S ones but they didn't have any! I've allowed 3 syns as can't remember if it's the one in the mint gravy or not - the mint gravy is 3 syns the other one is 2 syns (think it's red wine and rosemary!).
Still no rain here and still really warm. I've got the door mats in the machine now as decided I might as well make the most of the good weather while it lasts! Hadn't realised how dirty they'd got - they don't really show the dirt but judging by the colour of the suds they were definitely very dirty!

Afternoon all
Bloody hell we had a cracking storm , you literally could not see out the sheer amount of rain that came down, but guess what...................just as hot again an hr later!!
Today i have made burgers, cooked beetroot, boiled eggs, made a pork pie, Chicken cooking in pressure cooker now. Made jelly with strawberries in which i will top with ice cream for pudding 😋
Food i had 2 ryvita, 1/2 hexb or 3 syns, half hexa cheese spread, ham, crab sticks, cherry vive toms and raddish 😋
DH has something wrong with his eye now 🙄 appointment made for opticians tomorrow, he said it's like something is half way across his eye at the bottom and vision all blurry , i wonder if it's his cataract lens moved, don't know if they can? If it's not one thing it's another 😏Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
Another cooking marathon @bubbs. 👍
It is possible for a lens to slip. It happened to a friend but that was his own fault for dancing when he was told to take it easy after the op. Not sure if it's possible after it's healed though. 🤔
I did have lunch out but fortunately was a JP with beans and a sprinkle of cheese, plenty of side salad and a separate dressing which I left. 😁
Rain stopped here too and back to being hot and sticky. 🥵0 -
Yup Maman.
Well it's been a few years think he was 49 when he had them done so 10 years, he said it's really weird top half is ok it's the bottom half 🤔
