    oh  I missed the pic @bubbs 🤣

@maman I have loads of ideas and plans for when I retire but as I’m the only sibling living here (eldest and female to boot) - and I mean even in the UK on occasion, it’s always going to fall to me so I need to plan and think smarter.

Morning all, after having the dogs the other day one of them trampled over the garden and ended up with dirt on his paws and promptly jumped up to lay on one of the cushions so left dirty marks on the cover so wanted to get those washed so got the rest of the light coloured stuff out of the wash bin to wash as well.  That will be going out on the line shortly as the machine is almost finished.  Shouldn't take long to dry.

Glad you got your injection @bubbs - I didn't see the picture either!  hairy ankles are definitely not a good look, LOL!  No doubt they've gone now!

Glad you enjoyed your meal out last night @maman - you chose the best you could and wouldn't have been massively synful (apart from the crackling!).

Other than doing the washing nothing much planned today although I may try and do some of my diamond dots which my DD1 gave me at the weekend when she popped over although don't think I'll be able to do much as really need some glasses for close work and don't want to strain my eyes.

Had planned to make overnight oats last night but forgot to check the menu plan so of course didn't make them so had to think of something to have which didn't involve eggs as they will be used at lunchtime!

So with that in mind today's plan:

    B - marmite on toast - HEB; F; 2
    L - cheese omelette, chips - HEA2; P; F
D - LO SC pork, boiled potatoes, lots of green veg (to make up for lack of  Speed in other meals!) - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
Syns - tsp butter 2; may have a couple of rum & ginger beers or G&Ts this evening 5 or 6 (depending on what I have!)

    Have a good day everyone.

    Evening all

    Quiet here today!

You won't be sorry you missed my hairy ankle 🤣🤣🤣 it does feel better today though so that's good.

I had an impromptu visit to the company shop was pretty crap, i got a whole chicken for £3 large one, some waitrose mini chicken fillets 500g for £1.50, some ready to go pots of cooked chicken 35p and some ham 70p , twin pack of gammon with some blob of something with it 🤣 but i won't ue that the gamon is so lean, £2.50 that was it! The shop was half empty.

Popped into see Mum, think we have sorted her a mobility scooter out, one of my sisters customers friend is selling one only been used 6 times, has hand covers, shopping bag that attaches to it there about £80 normally i think, a cover for it £750 so that is a really good price, my sister is taking her to look at it Sunday.

    Food today
Soft pitta hexb, stuffed with ham and egg and 1 syn lighter than light mayo, watermelon

    Fake kfc and salad

I was so hungry i'd eaten half my lunch before i remembered a picture 🤣🤣

Yes, very quiet today probably too hot to think. 😁

I did a line of washing too @joedenise. Isn't it brilliant that everything dries so quickly.

Hope the scooter is suitable for your mum @bubbs. It'll give her more independence and get her out and about. 👍

Snap! I've been to Company Shop today as well. Nothing marvellous by your standards @bubbs but I was quite pleased. Heinz soup (50p) was cheaper than Aldi own brand so got some for the food bank. I was on my way to do my week's shop so bought whatever was on my list that was better value than Aldi like veg, cottage cheese,  yogurt, salmon, cheese. I got some salmon flakes as well so will do @Coxy11's linguine recipe. 😋

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, fried egg, bacon (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
    L- cold meat (P), bubble and squeak(F, S) pickles (S)
    Syns - weekend wine 😁
