Afternoon all.
Hope the op goes well @joedenise and I think a takeaway is much deserved considering the circumstances.
Hope your wasp sting isn't too bad @bubbs - we've got a nest in ours or our neighbours roof so spending lots of time trying to dodge the blighters while we wait for the treatment to work.
Spent the weekend at my parents where my dad told us that he's got the all clear from his specialist re: his liver cyst (basically draining it caused some scar tissue to block the hole it was filling from so it's basically disappeared on it's own). So we went out for an Indian on Saturday to celebrate. That coupled with star week means I've put a couple of pounds on this week but I'm not too worried. Managed a run this morning before it got too hot, followed by some blueberries and ff yogurt for breakfast. Lunch was a picky salad and dinner is going to be a veggie pasta bake to use some random bits up.

That's definitely cause for celebration @ruby_eskimo. So pleased for you and your dad and no more hospital trips. 👍
Hope all is well with your second eye op @joedenise. Good to get both over so quickly. 😊
It's really hot and sunny here. Nothing exciting happening here but I did wear a sleeveless dress to the dentist. I didn't think I'd be doing that again this year! 😁❤️🌞

Morning all, the op went well and I enjoyed my takeaway! I only got a small chicken shish and salad but there was masses so guess what lunch is today!!!!
I've had to enlarge the size of the typeface on my laptop in order to read as my reading glasses don't seem to be working at the moment and can't see a thing but it's probably because my 2nd eye is still a bit blurry! Hopefully it will clear in a few days and I'll be able to wear my glasses again! Watching a bit of TV last night was OK as I can see clearly with my right eye and because I had the shield over the left eye it wasn't really being used!
Hasn't been cold enough here to use any heating and not even needed to wrap up in a blanket although I think it was Friday we went to bed earlier than usual and watched a bit of TV there instead of staying up to watch the news so that may have been because it was a bi cooler!
Well done @beanielou on your loss and getting your 2.5 stone award.
So today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs and spinach on toast - HEB; P; S
L - LO chicken and salad - P; S; 2
D - keema curry, basmati/wild rice mix - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - dressing/oil on takeaway 2
Keeping syns low today as also had a lolly last night which took me over syns.
Have a good day everyone.
