After all the running the last couple of weeks, and being on plan I am a little disappointed. But my hormones are haywire and I did have a bowl of fruit salad late afternoon, so will just have to see what the scales say next week
Could you not have plated it up and warmed up for after?
Sorry you had a gain, but make sure you eat pleanty of protein and drink plenty if you are running againSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0 -
Well done @ruby_eskimo and @slm6002 on your losses - great stuff xx
Shame about the gain @annabanana82 but hope you see that come off next week plus a bit more. Maybe your body is getting used to the running?
Great to hear that DDad is home @bubbs xx
The Chicken Alfredo was nice but we all agreed it needed a bit more garlic (fresh plus granules maybe?) and maybe some chilli or something else punchy. Was nice to have tagliatelle though as we don't often have it.

Well done xxx
My target is higher than it was by 1/2 a stone.
I got into my favourite trousers today so I was really pleased.
To be blunt I just cant afford to keep paying.

That's ok sit there for a while, but you are good at dropping to the next target quickly, so whhen you think you will do it go for it, if not stay there, that's fine 😁😁Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:1 -
Well done @beanielou xxx I hear you with the cost. I am skint after my walking trip and have precisely £8 in my account until payday at the end of the month. Will need to be super good this week as need to WI on Saturday as the app keeps reminding me!!
Morning all!
WFH today and I'm hoping to get out in the garden for half an hour or so over lunch to do a bit of tidying up. I wanted to do this last weekend but it rained most of the day on Sunday, so that put paid to my plans.
Food today will be:
B - Fruit wheats, blueberries, greek yoghurt* - HEB, S, 4
L - LO rice, peppers, peas fried up with egg and soy sauce - free some S
D - Parma ham wrapped pork with spinach and garlic stuffing**, carrots, green beans - 0.5, S
HEA - milk
Syns - skinny bar plus 4.5 so 7.5 total
*DH bought regular greek yoghurt x 4 pots whilst I was away - not wasting it so will have to syn it!
**new recipe
Have a good day all,
Coxy
