🤞🏼 for a good WI on Tuesday @maddiemay.

Well done on your run @annabanana82. Good on you for helping your DD out with the car boot. Is this the DD that does SW?🤔

I'm allowing myself a little bit of leeway with this week's meal plan. Hopefully I won't go over syns but have things on the menu that are more synful than usual that I usually avoid. Starts today with roast lamb which is fattier than most Sunday roasts but delicious.😋 I can afford to do this now as WI is many weeks away. I go on holiday in the middle of June so will soon need to knuckle down to make sure I'm in target before I go.  Then I usually put on half a stone and the cycle starts all over again! 🤣

    Today's EE plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, berries (S), banana (F)
    L- veggie omelette (P,S), ham (P), pickles (S)
D- roast lamb with LM stuffing (P, F), SW roast potatoes (F), many Speed veg (S)
    Syns- gravy 4, weekend wine😊
  • Thanks @maman my DD did used to come to SW, think it all got too much for her with exams, working, volunteering, fundraising and socialising. I suspect she may have put a bit back on but she's out walking a lot now so hopefully that'll drop off again

Afternoon all, Wi-Fi still not available every day but been good for a while this afternoon.

Obviously not on plan but definitely trying to be good when I can and careful when I can’t😀.  Been eating mainly grilled fish with salad and a few chips.  Had sole for lunch but couldn’t manage it all - it was a bit overcooked so dry.  Will be glad to get home to have some veg - only veg here seems to be carrots and onions!

Well done on your loss @bubbs - glad that you’re still in target.  Things sound much better for your dad.  Love that he wants to do some gardening!

    well done all the losers.

Hopefully everyone is over any coughs, cold etc and feeling better.

Going to post now before I lose this.

@annabanana82 great news about your run time, hope you made some money at car boot sale.
@maman roast lamb sound good, not eaten it for ages, we will be meeting family at a carvery in a few weeks time, I hope it is on the menu that day.

I have already stoked up 14.5 Syns today, I was disorganized as we decided last minute to take dog to estate owned by local gentry where there are miles of footpaths and wonderful trees so defaulted to toast and some peanut butter, then a pitta for lunch loaded with chicken sausage, tomato and grated carrot (it was so yummy though).

Supper is based on the chicken, orzo bake recipe in current magazine, lots of free food and speed for the veg in it and the steamed veg on the side. I am trying to convert more recipes to use in the Ninja Foodie pot.

Walked 3 miles this morning and will probably clock up another mile of so shortly.
Have a good evening, especially those who have to go to work tomorrow.

Some great exercising going on - well done all. I haven’t done much since getting back on Tuesday but did manage nearly 8k steps yesterday.

I lay in this morning until 9am. Still catching up I think. Did the ironing and Aldi food shop. I went through some old SW mags from 8-10 years ago and found a couple of recipes one of which we had tonight. Mexican Chicken traybake which was free but the basmati rice was still a bit crunchy despite 40 minutes in the oven (was meant to be 30 but tested it and put it back in). Three of us ate and there are two portions to freeze plus one portion of just rice and veg which I’ll keep in the fridge for lunch on Tuesday. Will probably fry it up with an egg and soy sauce - no waste here!

I’m in the office tomorrow and have smoky turkey chilli out for lunch and overnight oats steeping with the last of the tropical fruit mix. Will also take some pineapple and grapes.

Remember @joedenise if it swims it slims 🤣

    Have a good evening all.

    Morning all,

Sunny here in London but rain expected later. I have bought in my food for today:

B - overnight oats with tropical mix and toffee mullerlight - HEA, free/speed, 0.5
L - LO smoky turkey chilli, pineapple - Free
    D - a new recipe from the App - Chicken Alfredo - 2.5
    HEA - milk
Syns - skinny bar 3 plus 3 so 6 total.

Hope DH feels brighter soon @bubbs - yes absolutely typical that it happens when you're away x
Good luck for later @beanielou x
