    Morning all.

    Now I want a chippy tea @Abbafan1972 😋

    Enjoy your curry tonight @Coxy11

Yesterday ended up being a really busy day at work so very glad that I have no meetings in my diary today and can just crack on with things. Breakfast is ff yogurt with blueberries, lunch is some vegetable soup from the freezer (why is it so grey all of a sudden?!) and dinner is home made pizzas and salad.

Hope everyone has a good day and a great weekend.

Well done on the STS @Abbafan1972 and you've put me in the mood for fishcakes now 😁

Another busy day for you @Coxy11. I'm WFH today too and hoping the boss leaves me alone 🤣

Had a HRT review yesterday and while everything seems to be on the right track there is slight room for improvement so a final tweak to medication and back in three months for another check up.

    Today's food:
B - ham and tomato omelette
L - tuna salad with pickles
D - fish, chips, peas, sweetcorn, tomatoes (4 syns for breadcrumbs)

    Have a good day everyone!

Hello all, I have been MIA for what seems ages, spent ages getting the 'van ready after being emptied out for last Winter, away for 3 nights shake down and give new to us dog a taste of 'van life, came away with Hay fever and now added a horrid head cold into the mix.  Arrived home in time for WI and lost 2lbs, probably won't last as needing hot drinks and some comfort food.

Lovely to read of some good weight losses and also resolving pesky financial worries.

Take care and keep warm everyone, horrid cold and wet here again.

The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)

Well done on your 2lbs loss @maddiemay. 👏👏👏 That's really good after being away. Hope you feel better soon and don't overdo the comfort food.

STS is quite an achievement after the week you've had @Abbafan1972. Now your DD is on the mend and you've had your chippy tea (eventually!) hopefully you'll get back on plan.

Enjoy your curry @Coxy11. It's not easy when it's a shared meal but it is just one meal from 21.

Can't be long before DS gets home @Jellybaby. 🎂

We've been out to lunch today. I made good SW choices because that's genuinely what I like to eat. Others were having pies or suet steak and kidney puddings. I chose fish and fish, smoked trout starter and plaice with shrimp main. Only syns would have been in pan frying the plaice as came with new potatoes and veg. 👍

I had a glass of wine with lunch and likely more later. Won't be cooking dinner but might have a snack.

I need to do my meal plan and then shop tomorrow. Week ahead looks uneventful. 🤞

Well done @bubbs even better no paying!

I gained two - TWO!! - was a bit gutted. Thought at least STS after the midweek celebratory wine and crisps as I’m pretty certain I was still within syns but it is what it is. I’m stubborn and more so as I get older so will just have to keep plodding on as I’m bloody determined this last stone is going 😂😂
