Craving fruit and veggies is perfect @Jellybaby! 👍🏼

Out of interest, are you having rice and green peas or the Jamaican version with red beans? If the latter, which recipe do you use?🤔

We're out this evening so need a quick meal beforehand so freezer Bolognese. My lunch is very similar to breakfast but I have mushrooms that need using up.

    Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toast, fried eggs (P), mushrooms and tomatoes (S), HEA1 milk for drinks
    L- veggie omelette (P,S), with pickles (S)
    D- Spaghetti Bolognese (P,S,F) with HEA2 Parmesan
    Syns-0

It's just rice and peas but you've caught my interest in the Jamaican version and will google later :)

Middle son picked up his 5 stone award today with a loss of 2.5lbs over the last fortnight.  After my eek week last week, I recorded a 4lbs loss over the last fortnight to bring me to 3 stone 12.5 lbs lost.in total.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

    Hey all I'm baaaaaaccccckkk!

Got home at 9pm last night after walking solid for 10 days. We ended up walking from Lockerbie to Arkholme which is roughly 10 miles north of Lancaster. The last day was down the River Lune which was stunning - think Turner and Wordsworth both honed their craft there and can totally see why. Had an encounter yesterday with a herd of cows - really big ones! - and had the river to one side and the cows about 5ft away. We just kept walking and didn't look at them and they followed us which meant we missed our footpath sign and ended up wading through the Lune river! Average step count was 32k/day and I ate whatever I could find which was mostly pasta pot and banana for lunch and a cooked evening meal, although some days we had a cooked lunch and a snacky tea. Scales are showing a STS on home scales.

Can you believe I was in the office today - felt very jaded. Took a lo spag bol for lunch and DH cooked peanut butter pasta chicken for tea. I had a punnet of grapes and some pineapple and a yoghurt/granola pot for breakfast as had nothing to take in with me. Now WFH for the rest of the week. I still need to sort my back pack out - shoes are particularly pongy as lots of boggy fields and sheep pee! I can PM you the FB page if you want to read my DSis's blog and see more photos including us herding sheep and lambs with the farmer en route to Kirkby Lonsdale (just happened to be passing as he moved them and only does this twice a year - what are the chances!).

Happy anniversary to @joedenise and hubby
Glad you DDad is doing okay @bubbs and very cute baby xxx
Hope your DD is doing okay @annabanana82 xx
Hope the Covid symptoms are mild for your DDad @ruby_eskimo xx

Sorry to anyone I've missed - still trying to catch up with all the news!
