Morning all.Sorry, I’ve missed a lot of posts as there have been so many since I was last here. The baby is so cure!Back to the hospital today with the daughter. She was feeling better yesterday, but her tonsils have white bits on them now. This only just appeared yesterday and her throat was fine when she got admitted into hospital, so it looks like tonsillitis at the moment, but we can show the doctor later.I am not feeling well this morning, as time of the month has arrived and I feel like crap!Anyway, have a good day all and I will update you as soon as I can. xxStriving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.671

Morning all.
Hope you continue to stay cool @joedenise and happy anniversary!
Well done on the loss @beanielou
That is definitely an epic burger @bubbs and a very cute baby too!
Hope you're feeling better soon @Abbafan1972 and hope your daughter makes a swift recovery.
Dad managed to get a telephone appointment yesterday and in a way was a blessing in disguise as they hadn't had one of his test results back so couldn't really give him a definitive answer for next steps. He's got to have another scan in the next couple of weeks and then they'll make a decision from there.
Managed to do a workout and go for a walk last night and felt a lot better for it. Going to try for another run this evening but have a busy day at work between now and then. Breakfast was ff yogurt with strawberries, lunch is some form of egg on toast for something quick and dinner is a spicy pork and aubergine dish with rice and salad.

Dull and grey here this morning but supposed to brighten up considerably this afternoon so I've a load of washing on! Where does it all come from??
Today's food:
B - Kvarg (0.5 syns), mango, nectarines and apple
L - baked potato, prawns, salad, h/made dressing approx 3 syns
D - h/made burger, roll (HEB), cheese (HEA), salad, pickles may have a few chips too
Have a good day everyone!1 -
That saved your dad a wasted journey @ruby_eskimo so better all round. Aubergine and spicy pork sounds delicious. 😋
I'm envious of the temperatures @joedenise but it is bright and sunny here today so have cleared the dark washing. 😁 I agree @Jellybaby it seems to multiply! 🤣 Need another day to clear the basket and more pegs! 😁
Sounds more hopeful for your DD @Abbafan1972. 🤔
We're having cauliflower cheese today. I can manage it with just HEAs but not so crucial this week as within target and have syns to spare.
Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, ham, eggs (P), baked beans (F)
L- cold meat (P), fried veg and pickles (S)
D- gammon (P), SW chips (F), cauliflower and broccoli cheese (S, HEAs), carrot chips, tomatoes (S)
Syns - cornflour 1

Thanks everyone

Won't be long now @beanielou. Will you be happy with your weight then or try for another 7 lbs? 🤔
Good to keep a note of syns but, if you like them daily @slm6002 then don't go too low. Better to have some to cut back if you hit a plateau IYSWIM. 🤔3 -
