Thanks, well my other sister has spoken to her and apparently she has had 3 letters!! She said why did you not say? She said they wasn't warnings, so sister said well what did they say? Oh i can't remember now 🙈 The trouble is (and i don't mean this to sound horrible because she cannot help it and has always worked and brought a family up) but she is not very bright, but my other sister said she would have looked at them for her.
She has told her to get the letters and any information and get to CAB.
This just shows you, her car has broken down, so other sister said how are you getting to Mum's on Thursday? Oh i don't know, she said well don't you think you ought to get it sorted PDQ!!Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -

That's not too bad after afternoon tea with your mum @beanielou. 👍
Oh dear @bubbs. It sounds like your sister had letters, probably asking her to engage with their procedures and she's just ignored them. ☹️ I hope if you explain about her MH and the stresses you've all been under they will reconsider. 🤞
Chinese looks fab. 😋0 -
Morning everyone,
Hope your DSis can get some advice @bubbs - agree with @maman that she's been under a lot of stress with your DDad and her workplace should be more sympathetic, especially after all those years of service.
Well done @beanielou for still being in target bubble x
The oven-baked risotto was nice - added some garlic granules for flavour. Not sure why SW recipes always make more portions - this was for 2 and we have 3 generous portions (the chicken biryani was for 4 and we got 7 portions!).
I am meeting DSis and DDad at the hospital for 11am so will have a good breakfast and take a hifi with me in case we are delayed. I went for another 3.5k run this morning - quicker still - and feeling good. Just need to build my confidence up for a longer distance.
Food today:
B - poached egg, 1 x WM toast, mushrooms, tomatoes - P, 1/2 HEB, S
L - Princes Japanese katsu curry mackerel, salad leaves, tomatoes, pickles - 1 syn
D - SW sticky pork stir fry from the Take 5 book - 1 syn
HEA - milk
1/2 HEB - hi fi bar
Syns - 2

Morning all.
Hope you manage to get some answers at the hospital @Coxy11 and well done on sticking to plan in such circumstances and still managing to go out for a run.
Agree with others @bubbs that your sister's employer needs to be a little more understanding - sickness policies are a bit of a grey area when it comes to mental health, it's not something that you can easily just go fix, especially with the added stress you've all had recently.
Made it safe to Derbyshire, hotel is in the middle of nowhere, we have a nice view of the fields and I've been for a wander to say hello to the cows this morning. Will have to come back and stay here for a more positive reason in future. Had a steak (and chips and sticky toffee pudding) for dinner last night and then poached eggs on toast with mushrooms for breakfast and took a banana from the buffet for later to snack on. Feeling very sluggish and bloated though so might not need it. DH's mum has already been on the phone 3 times this morning panicking about logistics for later which is stressing DH out but I get it, emotions are high.
Hope everyone has a good day, will be back tomorrow.Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170
