It's absolutely ridiculous weather for August isn't it?  We're not as cold as you @bubbs but certainly not as warm as it ought to be.  It's definitely the coldest it's been since we got back from France at the end of June but still around 20 degrees in my living room.  Don't blame you putting your PJs on at lunchtime when it's that chilly - I always feel much warmer in PJs which DH doesn't seem to understand and moans if I put them on in the evening 'cos I'm feeling chilly.

No idea what I did to the curry tonight but it was hot, hot, hot!  Think it must be because I used a different chilli powder to usual - I usually use chilli flakes but found a tub of hot chilli powder in the cupboard which I'd forgotten about!  Will have to remember to use a bit less when I make curry in future!

@joedenise I bought some Chilli powder from an Indian supermarket and its so hot I can never quite get it right when adding it to dishes.

Food for today

B: overnight oats, FF greek style yoghurt, blueberries and strawberries 1tsp candarel 

L: Naked Singapore noodles (3) muller light yoghurt (1/2) 2 plums

Baked rice with gammon, mixed frozen veg, spring onions, mayflower curry sauce (2) 

Given the weather likely to have a hot chocolate later for 3 syns. 

Exercise 2 mile run this morning, May go for a 3 mile walk this evening if rain holds off. 

Total syns 8.5 syns

Yes Denise it is miserable! 
DH does the same so can't moan 🤣🤣 just puts bottoms on and a t-shirt or jumper.

Food today
egg wraps with LM sausage and mushrooms, tomato, banana
Pizza, hexb and hexa, bns chips and salad
"doughnuts" either 4 syns or half hexb and 1 syn, ice cream and strawberries

Evening all,

I had an early bath and was in bed for 8pm last night. Must have needed it as I didn’t wake up until the alarm at 7am! 16k steps yesterday which is a lot for me.

I drove to group as it was so wet this morning. Lost 3lbs! Only need 0.5lb to be back in target range - no pressure then!! 

We voted today for Woman of the Year today and have our food tasting next week. Bit weird having it at 9am on a Saturday, will need to get my thinking cap on. May take fruit kebabs!

Sorry if I’ve missed anyone, had so many messages to scroll through 🤣 I managed a wee half pound off this morning that I’m over the moon about after my sabotage earlier in the week. I was so convinced it was going to be a gain I had the weigh woman do it twice 🤣🤣

Been in my pjs since 4pm today, cold, wet and miserable here too. DS1 is in Australia  and managed to get sunburnt, it’s 24 degrees and winter there!
