@bubbs that is fantastic well done.
I am another one that is having some really off days, and would so like to get to target on Tuesday as I now need to pay again, if I can just pay for 1 week and get to target it would be great, due to be a nice sunny day with just a couple of light showers tomorrow so that would help with wanting to eat my fore feet when it is wet and gloomy!
@maman I love crumpets, but not had one for ages and ages - butter and marmite for meThe best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)1 -
Well done @bubbs!!Long time no speak everyone. Unsurprisingly I have been completely off plan, despite trying I've really struggled to get my head back in the right place and eaten anything and everything.Since I bought my new scales I appear to have put on 4-5lbs, the last 2 days I have been completely on plan and keeping a food diary. New weigh in day is a Friday now based on when I gave myself a stiff talking too!
Got a bit of leave coming up, but going to be busy, hopefully fit some more exercise in, but really have to plan my eating.
Tuesday we are out for an Indian early birthday meal for my Son, so that's two days that are going to be tricky. We had otherwise planned to go for a fancy sandwich Tuesday lunch and there's no way my tummy will let me do both.
In other news my Daughter is safely home from Borneo, she had an incredible time - I'm very envious.Make £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023

Thanks everyone 😍
There was a lot of tears while speaking, as they have been fantastic and checking up on me the last 3 weeks and i told them so 🥰
Denise i have made the pork pies before and they all went again this time, Mike even knew i had used different meat 😂 i used the pek ham this time as got some for 89p in farmfoods a few weeks ago and the asda one is £1.35 so big difference. I said to him don't you like it? he said it's better than the other 😁Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
That's quite a difference in price; I've only ever had the Pek ham but wasn't keen. Did you like the pek better than the Asda one as well?

Congratulations @bubbs! Well deserved and so pleased for you! 🎉🎉🎉
Shame about the gain. Hope you've got some Percy Pigs in stock? 🤔🤣
Good to see you posting again @annabanana82. You've done well to draw the line before there's too much damage. Do try to post when you can, I'm confident it helps keep us on the straight and narrow, especially as you're weighing at home. Friday's a good WI day if you plan to use a syn bank. You can enjoy some syns at the weekend and then be a bit firmer with yourself through the week.
Good that your eyesight is getting clearer @joedenise. Weather doesn't know what it's doing today, one minute it's tipping down then bright sunshine. Washing is mounting up but no point doing it with weather like this.
I only use Pek ham for Austrian ham hash. I used the last tin this week so need more. To give it a bit more flavour, I added a small pack of bacon lardons as it can be a bit bland.
Today's EE plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA 1 milk, strawberries (S), banana (F)
L- Spanish omelette (P,S, F), ham (P), beetroot (S)
D- meatballs in tomato sauce (P,S), spaghetti (F), HEA 2 Parmesan
Syns- weekend wine😁2 -
Thanks Maman, I actually threw the rest of the open pack away because thought i'd soon look like percy 🤣 but i do have an unopened packet 😜
