Morning all, forecast isn't brilliant for today but going to risk putting a machine load of washing out on the line as it is still a bit blowy.  Doubt it will dry as quickly as it did yesterday though!

Going to do a bit of shopping today which I'd normally do on a Tuesday but going out with my friend tomorrow.  Don't need much as still got loads of fruit from the TGTG bag which will last another couple of days at least.

    Today's plan:

    B - toasted cheese sandwich - HEA2; HEB
    L - seafood salad - P; S; F; 1
D - pork belly strips, roast potatoes, roasted veg, green veg

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
Syns - LTL mayo 1; pork strip 11.5

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning everyone, it’s cold and grey here this morning - think we’ve had our summer, typical Scotland!

WFH today and just not feeling it.
    Today’s food:
B - sweet omelette with banana, strawberries, Kvarg (0.5), Skinny syrup (0.5)
L - ham salad with pickles
    D - meatballs, spaghetti, Parmesan (HEA2)

If I’m hungry at lunch time I’ll have bread too.

Managed to get  the washing almost dry before a heavy downpour!  Now hanging on the airer so that will need to be folded and put away either later today or first thing tomorrow.
