I might get one
How you eat so much veg is beyond me. I just dont like it and Im more then happy to dodge it. I am making a concerted effort to try to get some fruit or veg in me at least once a day@joedenise , I was on tramadol come the end, the pain was excruciating and not even the highest prescribed co - codomol touched it. Trouble was I was as high as a kite for a week or three. I hope the new meds kick in for him soon xxDrum roll - 2lb offVery happy with that, a lb less then I was expecting but my scales and weighing in the nude is a different ball game. Ive just over the 2lb to lose now for the stone and I plan to get it off this week. Ive taken my books out of the car and will be actually studying them and not winging it , which I have been doing the past 3 or 4 weeks. As for target, I think Ill leave that till next week to decide on. See how I go this week. See I have my drinking to work around and I dont appear to have made any progress on cutting that back. This is my HUGE problem, cos I drink I dont use syns on food, do I cut right back on that so no where near enough eaten for the life I leadBut it is what is is, I know its all cockeyed but there you areAnyways as I thought, I didnt feast. Well I did, I made 2 small spuds worth of chips, air fried, and some grated cheddar - maybe 2 HEA worth, probably less, I grate it on fine, parmesan fine so it looks like loads0 -

Morning all, another nice looking day so going to do a load of washing and get it pegged out before having to take DH to physio.
Well done @Longwalker, 2lb is a great loss. You'll get that stone award next week. If you want to use your syns for booze that's fine but try not to use them all on it! Good for you in trying to have some fruit and/or veg every day. You might find you like things cooked differently - for example with carrots I love them roasted or grated raw but can't stand them boiled or steamed! Daft really but think it's probably a texture thing.
Today's plan:
B - bacon and mushroom omelette - P; S
L - burger & onions, gherkin slices in WM roll - HEB; S; 0.5
D - cottage pie, green veg - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - roll
Syns - burger 0.5
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all,
Fab loss! @Longwalker
I love seeing your bargains 😁 @bubbs
Another WFH day and I could easily walk out the door! The new boss will quite happily shove you under the bus as I've discovered this week 😞 Anyhow, despite the shenanigans I've stayed on plan and not did my usual binge when stressed - a major improvement for me!
Today's plan:
B - f/f Greek yoghurt, huge fruit salad
L - ham salad with pickles - may have bread if hungry
D - bacon medallions, Aldi veggie sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans and chips - need something comforting!
Have a smashing day all!

Im avoiding the shops at the moment so working with what I haveDrinking squash - the sugar free stuffNot hungry yet but have yoghurt and fruit for when I am
They are having pie and mash tonight - so Im going for kippers and poached eggs.I need to find time to go through my books. They have been totally ignored for far too long and Im now serious about getting the stone on Wednesday. I usually have pasta for Saturdays but seriously I gorb on it so Im going to give that a miss this week. Im thinking a Spanish omelette will do us rightly but Mr L will need something substantial for lunch so he wont feel hes being short changed so I need to plan for that. Sunday Im planning on a roast, haven't done one in weeks and its cold enough to fancy one. I dont take gravy so Im safe with a roast - everything is air fried and PC'd ( love my ninjas ) and Monday I will make a curry from scratch using the left over chicken so that will be basically syn free - a table spoon of oil divided by 4 ( 3 meals and a spare for the freezer). Ive a tub of mushrooms here to use in it to bulk it and I will get some spinachFriday night is chip night here, so air fried it is. I will do them fish in batter as usual. I shall be grand with some poached eggsSo its Tuesday that going to be my hard day. Im working in the tea room that day so have my yoghurt and fruit for there, but I do come home super hungry - like Im serving cakes/scones and hot dogs all day - Im thinking I have some bits of stew in the freezer ( I always freeze the left overs no matter how small ) so hoping theres enough there to feed the three of us. Wednesday I dont bother , fruit and yoghurt till weigh in and then treat night0
