Hi all,Well I've been a complete piglet since my birthday, so fully expecting a gain on Thursday am. I'm torn between just going with it until Sunday and we've eaten out or trying to find my motivation tomorrow.
My hormones seem to be causing me some problems again which doesn't help as its always made me reach for the sugar, but I do need to get back to it next week without failMake £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023

@bubbs and @beanielou congratulations of the losses. @joedenise your poor OH.
Lost 1/2 lb when weighed today, most surprised, but very happy.
On holiday next week, no weigh in for 2 weeks now, cooking facilities will be microwave, toaster, omelette maker and basic air fryer. Plenty of good choices for food shopping so hopefully I will not go too fat off plan. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -

Thanks everyone for your good wishes for my DH. He's in a lot of pain but at least there's nothing broken. Think he'll be "milking" it for a few days with me waiting on him hand and foot! He can't even drive as they've put his arm in a sling for a bit of support.
You do so well with the bargains @bubbs - what short of time did you go to Asda to get those 20p bargains?
Well done to all the losers and commiserations to anyone who has gained.
Well done on surviving your SP day @Coxy11. I always feel hungry if I don't have carbs although sometimes just having something like roasted butternut squash instead of potatoes is pretty good but of course with the cost of electricity who wants to keep putting the oven on!

@joedenise , dont be hard on him, I fell in December and hurt my right arm/shoulder, Im now unemployed
. Seriously , even though the first few days it was aches and pains, I did a lot of damage
(I am unemployed, Ive taken my private pension and I get a couple of shifts for peanuts at a local attraction if anyone is confused when I talk about work )
@maddiemay - well done you xx
@bubbs , I know I can syn a Chinese, but I drink so my syns go there and I do my very best to keep to free or SPActually today I was soooooooooooooooo hungry. I made my pitta - cheese - 2xHEa - lots of salad, but it didnt hit the spot at all. I usually take in overnight oats and that keeps me going but I had run out of yoghurt. Got a pot straining at the moment so Im ok for the morningits funny how some foods work for you and others dont dont you think? I know my meal has to be high protein pr high carb - veggies just dont do it for me at allSo tonight I needed filling and a hug so it was a German sausage - I think 1/2 syn - air fried HM chips , poached egg and baked beans . Still cracks me up that I can eat that as mostly free, but a slice of bread and Im for the gallowsStill Im very close now to the Stone and thats incentivising me to keep going0
