Well done Bubbs and Beanilou xx
Shall, just shout, I have the app and can syn whatever , Im around most days@canvascamper can you not use a chemist scale in the mean time? I used to do that and I think Ive mentioned my GP surgery has one in the foyer for use FOCIm just plodding along, still not being 100 percent committed , mostly following plan but not crying in my beer either if I dont. Definitely lost last weeks gain and perhaps a bit more, but I weigh at home au natural and on an empty tummy so weigh in may well be differentHave managed to increase liquids, cant drink the two bottles but one is a huge acheivement for me. Veg wise, still really struggling but tonight I had a chicken breast, a roasted mushrooms and a couple of those wonderfully sweet peppers roasted which I love and I did have 2 peaches earlier, so not too badAnd a win, I really CBA yesterday and said Chinese? Hubby agreed, but 20 mins later I said sod it and made fish pie instead. I still want a Chinese and I guess one is coming. up shortly, Ill cross that bridge when I come to it( probably be homemade so I can keep it syn free )

Morning all, it's looking quite bright again this morning but the forecast is for heavy rain later and for most of the day. Have done my menu plan and will be going shopping this morning although can't buy all the freezer stuff I'll need for the month as the small freezer has quite a lot of bread and rolls from the TGTG bags in it so will just buy what I need for this coming week so shouldn't cost too much in one go either! Will top up the tins though as plenty of room in the cupboards.
I ended up making a lamb dhansak for dinner last night so still have the LO veg from Sunday so will be using some of that up today instead.
Today's plan:
B - bacon and mushroom omelette - P; S
L - stuffed peppers - HEA2; S; F (might need to change this, depends what time we get back from shopping and DH's eye test; will be another salad if we're late)
D - cottage pie with swede and carrot mash topping, green veg - P; S
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - none planned
Syns - none planned
Have a good day everyone.

Morning everyone,
Fab loss again @beanielou I need to come and stay with you for a couple of weeks 😁
Parents have added 'shopping for wallpaper' to the Saturday morning routine! Further investigation has revealed my DDad, 88 years and not fit or well enough, has started stripping the livingroom, the hall is next apparently and he plans to do all the redecorating himself! They are having none of getting a decorator in so guess I'm going to get plenty body magic this week - and probably for the next few weeks too 😣🙄
Today's food:
B - sweet omelette, f/f Greek yoghurt, banana, strawberries, Skinny syrup (1 syn)
L - ham salad with pickles
D - Nacho Feast (SW recipe and uses HEA2 for cheese) with side salad
This will leave HEB and plenty syns if I want toast or something later.
Have a good day all!0 -

Morning all!
Bright morning here but rain due later. I have just had a dental check up, x-rays and scale/polish. My teeth are super-sensitive but I was a brave girl and did box breathing - I survived. Talking of surviving, DH is still alive after his day old chicken dinner....
Haven't eaten yet but it's an SP day today which I'm a little nervous about if I'm honest.
Well done @beanielou - I too wore a dress on Saturday - every little helps
@Jellybaby your folks decorating plans made me laugh. A bit like my Mum who got a puppy at 80 and is now planning to breed her aged 81. Bonkers!
Food today:
B - grilled bacon, poached egg, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms - P, S
L - WM soft pitta, ham, cheese, salad leaves, tomatoes, pickles - HEB, P, HEA, S
D - SW burger in a bowl - SP, 1 syn
HEA - milk
Syns - dinner 1, 2 x hi fi bars 6 = 7 planned which leaves 3 for anything unplanned.
Have a good day all

Love seeing all your meal planning, its making me motivated. Think im going to join tonight and get the 6 week countdown just to keep me on track between now and holiday.
I'm a very lazy cook and will be looking for simple and convenience meals. Has anyone here tried the Iceland range?0 -
Morning all - been a bit MIA due to just being tired and trying to get back on track with everything now things have settled down with dad a little (he's still waiting to be seen by the specialists but being reviewed weekly so it's manageable).
Well done on the losses everyone and commiserations to the losers. I've managed to STS this week I think which is good seeing as star week should be here any day now so feeling a little bloated. In the office today and really not feeling it. Have a sore throat and feeling very, very tired. Breakfast was some fruit and fibre, lunch is a chicken and chickpea salad I made and then dinner is a mushroom curry, which I'll make a big batch of and have the leftovers again on Thursday.

Everything has gone pear-shaped this morning! DH was going to the local hospital for an X-ray this morning before we went shopping and tripped up the kerb on the way in! Ended up in the Minor Injury Unit and then had to have his shoulder X-rayed as he'd hurt it but fortunately no real damage just bruising. He did still get his chest X-ray done but no shopping yet.
Also had to phone the optician to change his eye test appointment as that was supposed to be at 11 this morning but we were still at the hospital then. Rearranged for this afternoon at 4pm so will do the shopping then.
Of course it means I've now got to chop up his stuffed pepper when it's ready as he's got his arm in a sling! Might need to change the menu plan a bit so that it will be fork only food but we'll see how it goes!
