Same as this, filed on the 6th. 

Also told was going through extra security but they haven’t even look at it yet.

They have now said they will call us on Wednesday between 5-6pm and have taken a password

Been waiting 10 weeks now for a  refund from a pension cashed in for a non tax payer, called numerous times just getting robbed off

I been waiting since 7th and my amount has changed to a higher amount but not been issued yet no correspondence or anything ?? But it has changed to a higher amount which is wierd

They didn’t call they said they did and left a voicemail however we didn’t receive it, this was online chat however we are now on hold to see what’s happened.

Got a letter they made an adjustment and said it will be in the bank in 7/10 days same happend last year and I got it on 22nd of this month I did mine on the 8th or 9th
