    Customer support is lacking? They have a very active public forum, and its a free product.. They think there's going to be a free call center or something for a free product lol.

    btw I prefer side by side comparisons than individual reviews just to see the statistical differences ;) clearer

    I see that you chose not to quote the test failure. Biased?

    I've had people ask me if the 409 scam emails are legitimate. Some people need that extra protection. ;)

    Out for dinner on the beach. Changing islands tomorrow. Full Moon Party or something. I'd like to avoid it. ;)

    the test failure is irelevant as its a year old.

    Its like comparing Windows Vista to Windows XP :) Well.. the other way round I suppose ;)
