So today DH went to hospital to see about his foot /heel spurs, I was a bit worried he would need time off work for an operation but they are giving him steroid injections and physio, I had saved to one side some money from his final pay when he left his previous job for tiding us over when he was off but as that’s now not the case I have transferred £800 to house renovations fund total now updated below, also DH went to dentist today needs a new crown so that’s £307 I have put the money aside from this also and that’s it all gone, tomorrows update will be the interest in on the savings 😃

Well it’s the middle of November and for our house purchase it’s definitely looking like January we will get the keys, feel like we have been waiting forever to be honest!
Works hard time of year is against us now I doubt it will pick up really until January fingers crossed.
no real money news just ticking along really getting used to DH wages trying not to spend unless absolutely necessary.
Christmas shopping which is all saved to one side ready is almost completed and wrapped.
hope everyone is doing well xx

Been a while since I checked in, not much to report really, house purchase still working on January but the faster December approaches the less likely it looks that their extension will be finished as still waiting for windows and doors being made, I guess it Will hopefully all come together at once, I just can’t even imagine the day we get the keys, still saving as much as we can and trying to to buy anything unless needed, booked DD2 theory test this week £23 and DD2 also needed a new coat as hers is to small got one on offer for Black Friday deal £26 so not to bad, pay day is next week and I hope to be able to add a lump to the house renovations
DH had a days overtime this week which should pay for works Christmas nights out as we have 3 in December
just ordered a playsuit to wear with tights off Vinted £11.89 hope it fits!
