Breakfast - omelette with a bit of chorizo

Lunch - hummus and carrot sticks

Tea - will be crab with salad

I don't normally eat 3 meals but I didn't know how late lunch would be (day of temporary work) so thought I should have something.

First weigh in of the challenge and I'm reporting a 2lb loss! I'm quite surprised as although I was hoping I'd lost a bit, I didn't think it was that much. I've been reducing my portion sizes but keeping my veg/salad amounts the same (I already eat a lot of veg) and I've set reminders on my phone to tell me to drink water.

Today I've got an MRI on my dodgy shoulder, the joys of hypermobility! I'm not looking forward to it as the last time a doctor tried to do an MRI on my shoulder it dislocated when they put in the contrast dye. This is at a different hospital but I've stated I'm not having the dye injection.
