I woke up with no sense of smell this morning and tested positive for CV 😷 other than that i don't feel too bad, tight chest and tired, hopefully it will stay that way

      Hello
      Welldone everyone.

Weighday - STS please Brambling. Hope you’re feeling better soon.

Was expecting a gain with all the crisps I’ve eaten this week. Am now at the point if I never see a crisp again it’ll be too soon which usually lasts for a month or 2.

Today is day 1 of my reset week of weighing and counting. Will be eating low carb, moderate protein, higher fat whilst I switch cycles. Am also doing a week of no alcohol as I had quite a bit on holiday and over the long weekend. No plans for exercise other than some gentle yoga this week.

Hi @Brambling so sorry that you have covid. We are just recovering.

I wonder if it is too late for me to join. I have a lot of reading to catch up on. I have lost 10lb since the  beginning of the year. 4lb of that is due to covid so not as good as it sounds. I would like to try and lose 8lb this quarter. my apetite has dropped naturally and I am hoping to keep it that way. Tips from others would be good as I have at least 2 stone to lose
