Welcome Toonie and good luck sorry to hear you have osteoarthritis especially so young.
well done on everybody's weigh ins 👏👏
Unfortunately alcohol is empty calories 🤨 usually followed by bad food choices. Im a lightweight these days long gone are the days of half bottle of vodka on a night out 🥳 I don't like to drink alone and I will offer to drive to keep to low calorie soft drinks
i tested negative this morning so just have to shake off this cough and tight chest, I have been lucky to only have a mild case
hope everyone has a good week

Hopefully you're on the mend Brambling, but it can often linger for a while
1.5lbs loss for me this week, despite a busy week being away from home. This week is a bit quieter, so fingers crossed it'll be easier to keep on plan£12k in 25 #14 £10,474.10/£18k 24 #14 £15,653.11/£18k 23 #14 £17,195.80/£18k 22 #20 £23,024.86/£23k3 -

Brambling said:Welcome Toonie and good luck sorry to hear you have osteoarthritis especially so young. Thanks, sadly the osteoarthritis started when I was 37, it's secondary effect of my hypermobile Ehlers Danlos, but took quite a while to get diagnosed as my GP was rather useless.I'll be weighing in on a Thursday (as that's when I weighed myself last week after getting new batteries for the scales). My plan this week is to be a little more conscious about what I'm eating and to make sure I drink more water. I used to be much better at hydrating, but because I'm sat at home on my own most of the day I tend to forget.Grocery budget in 2023 £2279.18/£2700Grocery budget in 2022 £2304.76/£2400Grocery budget in 2021 £2107.86/£2200Grocery budget in 2020 £2193.02/£2160Saving for Christmas 2023 #15 £ 90/ £3654

STS, again.
I am not going to stress about this, it happened for a month last year... 1week to holiday. Don't think the constant noise from neighbours and the council saying they are going to deal with it, then doing nothing is helping.

Need to tether myself in the sand to ensure I don't roll off down the beach.....despite best intentions at Easter (aka no chocolate at all) the scales were groaning. I know some of the residual weight is due to a certain lack of digestive transit possibly due to certain meds I'm on (sorry TMI but it's a known side affect). I've decided not to hang my head in shame any more though particularly as the scales appear to be slightly happier with me now.
So the short version of that is " @Brambling log me as 1 pound up please".
