Morning and happy Easter Weekend to all, so Sat morning weigh in and -1lb for the week. I've been doing some extra pilates and managed to squeeze in two 10 mile walks alongside a few 3 mile fast walks. The better weather and lighter evenings definitely help.
I think at this stage I need to increase the exercise to spur things on. There's only so much food & drink I can cut back on before it becomes demotivating and starts to feel like a punishment. You know what I mean 🤔5 -
I'm strangely looking forward to starting on Monday.
My eating is now completely out of control.
Today I have eaten:
Toast, honey and a banana
Cooked breakfast (after Park Run) including potato cakes.
A complete tub of ice cream
A full roast dinner
Still hungry.
In more positive news, I think the iron tablets might be starting to work... I start this challenge with a ferritin level of 6...6 -
Managed to post on the 1st quarter challenge! 🤦♀️
-2lbs this week 🙌 very happy with that as I was away at the beginning of the week and had to eat pub food! Avoided the burger rolls though so think that helped 😉

Frith good luck for your start tomorrow line drawn under Easter eating
I've hopefully swept up all those who tried to confused me with posting last Qtr, it doesn't take much guys
I hope everyone had a good Easter and not let the Easter Bunny tempt you too much - fresh start tomorrow for anyone who fell off the wagon over the weekend, I hope you had fun if you did and I will slow it down enough for anyone to hop back on
