    Hello,
I've just put a posting on the last quarter as to where I'm up to. At least my weight headed in the right direction even though it was slow progress
I know I didn't do much posting but I'll try to remedy that this quarter.

I've settled into a routine which seems to work, I don't feel hungry but I'm sure it will need to be adjusted at some stage.
Breakfast - coffee - I've gone to black coffee
Lunch - cup a soup, or eggs, or a bit of cheese, sometimes with a couple of slices of bread, followed by fruit or a couple of biscuits.
Dinner - same as DH, minus the potatoes but with added/extra veg, followed by fruit and a couple of squares of 85% cocoa dark chocolate, with a few walnuts or pistachios, sometimes a glass of wine.

I find I don't snack as much as I used to. I've made myself be more active, but nothing too strenuous just pottering. I think a combination of less snacking and more pottering has worked for me.

Please can you put me down for another target of 14lb weight loss this quarter. Thank-you

    Just for my ref:- ...3lb

    Hi

Could you please put me down for 14lbs for this quarter, thank you Brambling.

I’m going to stick with a Wednesday weigh day. Will slowly start to reduce carbs for the next few days and start properly on Wednesday tracking and weighing once I’ve done a meal plan and grocery shop.

Welcome back Sirens, Zafiro and Gingerlily  :)

Has your husband recovered from his accident Zafiro?

My sister has been trying the intermittent fasting diet i think 14:10 so not eating for 14 hours after dinner, I not going to go as far as clock watching but I am going to try and stop eatting after dinner as evening snacking is my downfall -

    good luck everyone

Hi all, please may I add a more realistic target of 7lbs this quarter please @Brambling
Hopefully the warmer weather will motivate me to move more. I will keep going with lower carb meals, really try not to drink so much wine, and try to fit into my nice clothes for an event I'm going to in May. And properly try to do more workouts for fitness and strength. I'm struggling with motivation to do yoga right now sadly :-(
    Good luck everyone!

Morning everyone,  thanks so much Brambling for herding us along again 😊.   I lost 10lbs last quarter so I am going for another 6lb target this time which should get me down to my ideal weight.

The weather is improving and the evenings are lighter so no excuses for additional walking.  I'm also going to do more regular pilates in-between the class I go to.  Well thats the plan along with more salads, veggies and fruit.  Good luck everyone
