I haven't weighed myself this week, as away. However, I have managed yoga most days, continued with couch 2 5K and done some weights workouts. Looking forward to a lie in tomorrow though! I have been eating healthily and I'm really hoping it will reflect well next for Friday's weigh in 🤞 Hope you all enjoy the long weekend, and 🤞 for sunshine!3

1.5 lbs loss for me this week
Has felt a bit more difficult this week, think I'm just missing certain things... Like a cold lager in the sunshine. But will try to plan a few more balanced treats in to keep me going

Hi all ☺ I would like to join in with the weight loss thread please as I have managed to put on just over a stone since Christmas - too much comfort stodge and alcohol during the winter months - and I don't want that stone to become a permanent part of me! So, from now until the end of June, I would like to set a target of losing 7lbs.
Will use Saturdays as my 'official' weigh in day, with last Saturday being my starting from weight.
Thanks
