    Not a good week. Didnt manage the 6000 steps a day that I wanted buy lots of spring cleaning and gardening done so still lots of exercise. Going to try for 6000 steps again this week.

    I haven't weighed myself this week, as away. However, I have managed yoga most days, continued with couch 2 5K and done some weights workouts. Looking forward to a lie in tomorrow though! I have been eating healthily and I'm really hoping it will reflect well next for Friday's weigh in 🤞 Hope you all enjoy the long weekend, and 🤞 for sunshine!

    So it's a sts for me this week, had a friend staying last week which has not helped at all.  However we did talk for hours and hours and hours so I feel that I have done my 'best friend' job and deserve a medal !

    Has felt a bit more difficult this week, think I'm just missing certain things... Like a cold lager in the sunshine. But will try to plan a few more balanced treats in to keep me going
