Weigh in today and I've put on half a 1lb which I'll attribute to my period as it's making me feel rubbish right now.

Morning all, I'm feeling very disheartened today. I've worked very hard the last couple of weeks - daily yoga, workouts, walking and couch 25K. I've kept to my calorie limit and eaten lower carb healthy food, aiming for 500cals daily deficit.
In the two weeks since my last weigh in, I've lost less than 1lb. 😭 1/2lb
I get that I have hopefully gained some muscle, and I feel fitter and leaner etc, but I was really hoping for more lbs down. Oh well. Must keep going, at least it's a loss.
Hope you all have a positive week!4 -

I had an unwise mid week weigh this morning, and it shows a gain, which I've decided to ignore, but if it does end up confirmed on my official weigh on Monday, I'll be disappointed. I've consistently kept calories to target, but equally, I've done a lot of hiking/hill walking in the last 2 weeks, so if it is a gain, I'm truly hoping it's muscle development!
If you feel fitter and leaner Pixie, that's definitely a win. I keep having to remind myself that body improvement is the goal, not purely weight loss£12k in 25 #14 £10,474.10/£18k 24 #14 £15,653.11/£18k 23 #14 £17,195.80/£18k 22 #20 £23,024.86/£23k5 -
Thanks @Van_Girl, hopefully your gain is a blip 🤞
Feeling more positive this eve. Managed a 20min run round the beach, which I couldn't have done at the start of April. So I'm definitely fitter. I will take a good look at my food as well. I can't drop any more calories, but maybe I'm overdoing the fat. I'm not hungry though, and I haven't had a 'snack attack' for a couple of weeks :-)
Hopefully the promised rain will hold off so I can get in the garden. I have some scones and cava planned in for a Coronation treat as well.
Deep breath, and keep chipping away!
