Hi all, thank you for your continued support. I have now received a Notice of Allocation to The Small Claims Track (Hearing) with a court date set at my local court for later in the summer. I'm a little lost in the various threads so would appreciate you steering me in the right direction on suggested next steps. Thank you again.0

Thank you Coupon-mad. To confirm, I will submit my evidence and witness statement. I am required to do this in about a month's time, with the court hearing about a month after that.
Could I ask — is there a rough point in that timeline when DCB/UKParking Control usually discontinue? And is there a point whether it will be clear whether or not they intend to bring the case to court?0 -
Shortly before the date the WS and hearing fee is due.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you, Le-Kirk. I have indeed been given an exact for submitting all documents which I will intend to rely on at the hearing. It is a few days before DCB are required to pay the trial fee.
Would it be advisable to submit my witness statement as soon as possible?0 -
No. They'll discontinue if you send it a few days early.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
