Yes submit tonight, but make sure you get an acknowledgement email.

Yes, file it this evening if you wish, but you must ensure you get an auto reply confirming it's receipt.

You must do this tonight, in my view.

It is really easy because you are copying a defence already written and you are not just using the template defence.  You want the one I linked you to already, with its extra paragraphs.

Remember, as you quoted earlier, "you MUST get an acknowledgement straight back or it is NOT submitted".
