Just wondering if there's anything else I can do to try and make sure it's received? Subject title is "URGENT RE. CLAIM xxx - Please find my Defence attached"0 -
Try sending it from a different email address.1

Hi there, I unfortunately haven't had any acknowledgement of receipt from the email. Have tried from 2x addresses now. Any further advice much appreciated. Thanks.0

Hi there,
I've now received a "AUTO RESPONSE DO NOT REPLY - CCBC AQ Acknowledgment" — is this the email I'm looking for?
Many thanks.

Well you will have to send it again after 9am tomorrow.
OR put a shorter version in immediately tonight, using MCOL, which only allows 122 lines so that would mean removing ALL HEADINGS and
- the stuff at the end about costs and
- the chat about what Will Hurley said about fairness, and
- the comments about the case law that Circuit Judges went wrong about (from the second half of the Template Defence).
And the statement of truth can be removed as well because that's already in the MCOL tick boxes anyway.
To be clear the above is ONLY IF TRYING TO FIT IT IN ON MCOL.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well done @Craic1979.
You are now back on track.
It's now back to following the rest of that checklist where it says...
After filing your Defence, there is more to do.

Thanks so much again. I will follow the next steps as above.
I'm still slightly concerned the courts/DCB legal will be able to say I filed my defence late, and therefore it's valid, or that the court will issue a default judgement against me from tomorrow before they've processed my email. But am hopeful that's not the case as you have advised me otherwise!
