Just switched to club Lloyds.
How long does it take to receive the Disney plus code?
They sent me a letter asking me to update my email address but it's already up-to-date.0 -

They don't send it till 30 days after you first get the email to select the bonus.

Has anyone any experience of switching within the 1 year free period of Disney? Will you lose the benefit when you switch or does it last for one year regardless. Do you have to hold the bank account in order to keep it? Just looking at the Barclays switch as an option but only been with Lloyds for 3 months. Has anyone switched once receiving the Disney option? Thanks0

I moved to Lloyds at the end of last month and chose Disney+ as my benefit. I was wondering what subscription I'd get given Disney were changing the plans. When I signed up it sounded like it would be the old Disney+ plan. But the Lloyds web site is now saying you get the Standard Plan with Ads (very much a step down!)Anyhow, I got my activation email through this morning. Luckily just in time as the small print says the followingSo I quickly registered to meet the 30th Nov deadline. And luckily I seem to have Disney+ PremiumBasically if anyone else is sitting on an activition email and not registered yet, then I think today may well be the day to do it, else you'll get the duff subscriptoin plan.2

If I downgraded my club Lloyds to a standard current account to avoid having to pay in £2k per month, do you think they would cancel the Disney+ membership?
I activated it about a month ago.

With one option being "If you’d like to stay with your current choice, a Disney+ subscription, you don’t need to do anything – we’ll take care of it for you". So I hang tight and do nothing hoping it keeps me on the premum option rather than downgrade to the ads option. Then last night I lose access to Disney for some reason. Wife annoyed given she wanted to watch Rivals. This morning it's back working again but I've been downgraded. And only this morning (after the perk has been renewed) do I get an email saying "Your 12-month subscription is for Disney+ Standard With Ads". Rather frustrating.I assume this has happened to others, yes? I can't seem to even find an option to pay for the upgrade back to Premium without ads. Has anyone been able to do this at all?

There's no option available to upgrade this freebie to No-Ads Disney.1
